I like the moves you use, but one little thing I want to point out is that it seems your putting alot of weight on the front of the feet. Like you land on your tip toes which isn't good for your feet or knees.
@ChannelHMC Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I practice chi style jogging, and am flat footed, so it feels very natural for me to land this way. Why is it bad for feet and knees? When I try to land more on the flat of my foot, it feels jarring to my joints. I appreciate your feedback.
I haven't views all of your videos yet, but I'm curious how your backyard garden project is going. If you have time soon, I'd love to see an update on that. Thanks!
@16dec2010 Thank you for your thoughtful comment. Our garden did very well until the texas drought hit and dried up all the blossoms on our fruiting veggies. The foliage recovered, but we never got any fruit. We are planning to move in a few months so we will probably not plant for the fall season. I am still getting some nice herbs. Even one little sprig of basil from my own garden makes me happy. We want to try hydroponics when we move. Thanks for watching. :)
No problem, I've wanted to get a Bellicon for quite some time...I hurt my knee awhile back and it looks like it is the easiest on the knees of all the rebounders I've seen out there. they are very very pricy though.
@bankmind80 Ahh. I hope your knee recovers. If you experience swelling, you may consider taking astaxanthin for inflammation. It's natural and works very well with no side effects. Bellicons are pricy, but, in my opinion, a very wise investment. I hope you will be able to get one.
@Sourpusscandy Thanks! This video shows the end of about 45 minutes of bouncing. My first attempts to film it failed, so I was already pretty tired at this point. I hope you get one. You will love it. :)
@PointingTheWeigh Linda, Thank you so much. I'm so glad you got the veggie washer and love it. Things are great here. I hope you and your loved ones are happy and healthy. :) Thanks for watching!
Fantastic video Alexis thanks for posting. I have just ordered my bellicon but will have to wait another week to get it. In the mean time I am living vicariously through bellicon you tube videos and yours are the best. Watching your videos really sold this rebounder to me because I could see it being used in a normal home setting where I will be using it myself. I don't live in US but if I did I would definitely have used your affiliate link. Good luck with that and keep on bellicon bouncing :)
@grannykempock I'm so excited for you! I hope you love your bellicon as I do. Please make a video of yourself bouncing when you get it. :) Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness regarding the link. I appreciate that. :) Thanks for watching!
@Rachna888 I use it 2-4 times a week. When I don't use it, I feel sluggish, moody and clogged up. When I use it, I feel happier, much more confident and capable, more bouncy and active throughout my day, and my body feels tighter all over. I seem to get over colds faster when I bounce a bit during times I don't feel so well. I haven't used it consistently enough without variation to other factors such as food intake and my sleep schedule to isolate cause and effect, but overall, I feel healthier
What is the name of the music? It's very relaxing but stimulating at the same time.
