@Tops7992 No scientist would carbon date the pyramids. They could carbon date the bodies mummified in the pyramids, but not the pyramids. Organisms acquire radioactive carbon-14 during their lifetimes, which ceases when they die. Then the carbon-14 decays, having a half-life of about 50,000 years. Sea life can sometimes acquire carbon-14 after death through other means, which is frequently used by creationists to attempt to debunk carbon-14 dating. Real scientists know this.

Seems u r a man of knowledge seeker.... Verify what I am saying in Quran..... to begin with u can check some videos on u tube...
@arthurmee Nobody knows. But the thing is that time doesnt exist. Everything have been here forever, and will be here forever. No begining, no end. The human brain is to small to understand this, so all we can do is to wait and see.
This as known as the period where neither science or religion have an answer. What created the initial bang? And if it was god, who or what created god?
It is possible to integrate summarizing the whole all total worlds space-time for all perfection part if there is the power that finish only in at will in me. Own history too. To save father.
And to think that the caucasian male human God of the Bible created it all in just 6 earth days, 6,000 earth years ago, and spent several of those days just focusing on the earth alone! This God won't stop galactic black holes from producing galaxy-sized gamma ray bursts that will destroy other galaxies, but he will make sure Tim Tebow scores touchdowns if you pray hard enough!!!
@PompousPreacher actually the bible is read in many countries all over the world. not just caucasian white males. Sir Isaac Newton believed the earth to be no older than 3998 bc and I believe him. no written or carved document is older than around 4000 bc.. do your research and you might find some interesting things about dinosaurs as well.
@Tops7992 Sir Isaac Newton also believed in alchemy and thought he could turn lead into gold. The fact that human beings learned to write around 4,000 BC doesn't mean the earth is 6,000 years old. And dinosaurs and human beings co-existed only in Sarah Palin's imagination.
@PompousPreacher you must be 12 to think that dinosaurs and humans didn't co exist.. there's so much proof and specific evidence.. if the earth is constantly being effected by erosion and expansion there's no way your gonna find whole skeletons... maybe a skull and a spine if your lucky.. the science of paleontology was just established 200 years ago.. Sir Isaac Newton was one of the greatest physicists that ever lived and your trying to say he though he could turn lead into gold?? ha.
@PompousPreacher Oh come on, that is just stupid. I don't believe in a Caucasian G-d. Why do you have to bash on religion? Not every religious person is white trash from the Bible belt
@iska788 I agree. I'm an ex-atheist who now believes there is more to life than what the eyes reveal. I don't believe every word in the Bible. Besides, the Bible was written by man, not God. God didn't say he created the Earth in 6 days. Man wrote that along with all the inconsistencies that are present in the Bible. However, that doesn't nullify that a God may exist. Atheist are so conceited and self-righteous and so are some religious folks.
@Nails077 There is no reason because they fail to realize the reason. Who are atheist to claim that they know how we came to be along with the universe? They're just like typical theist. All they appreciate is what they understand and have no regard for other knowledge besides what they already know or believe for that matter. I believe in God now because I see Him working in my life. Not with magic (apparently that's what's atheist want to see) but with the events that unfold before me.
@xcalic3600 No actually Atheism has no claim to know our origin. Religions make that claim quite often however. I don't understand what you mean by only appreciating knowlege that we already know. If that were the case then how would we ever learn new things? And if we never could learn anything then how would we come to posess that knowlege we already have in the first place? Lastly, I do not have your reasons to believe in your god. Should I still believe without those reasons?
@Nails077 Most atheist I've encountered and related with were set in their beliefs and spoke of the Big Bang Theory as if it is the absolute truth. Don't deny that some atheist believe in the science of life as much as the religious community believes in spirituality. Some aren't even real atheist. They hate God, but how could one hate yet not believe? No offence but I don't care if you have a reason or not to believe in what I believe. People see one side of life and atheist are no exception.
@Nails077 By the way, why do all atheist possess this concept in their minds that all spiritual people are religious zealots who believe in magic, folklore and rebuke scientific knowledge. I was an atheist not too long ago. I'm not a Christian nor do I belong to any religious group. I don't claim to know TRUTH. What I believe in has no name. What it does cannot be comprehended or explained. I'm ignorant just like every man on Earth. I just believe in an entity greater than myself and fellow man.
@xcalic3600 As long as you are not trying to push your belief on others or belittle others who do not believe as you do, I have no problem with that. However when you act as if you know what I feel and think better than I do, and tell me that I am self-centered and conceited, I cannot help but take offense.
Don't lump every atheist into one narrow category of people.
@Nails077 Hey, I don't care if you have a problem or not. You text me on a reply that wasn't directed to you or anyone in particular but the poster. This extra sensitivity & scrutiny of words only leads to arguments & petty quarrels. I'm sure you knew I meant a vast number & not literally all atheist. I don't exactly know how you feel & I don't think my last post indicated that I thought I did. Atheist also belittle believers & disrespect them right here on Youtube for simply believing.
@xcalic3600 Sorry, but I did not know that you did not literally mean that. There are plenty of people out there who try to demonize all atheists as much as they can. And you did imply that all atheists are the same. You even stated it explicitly in the form of a question.
Ok, you just said you did not mean it like that though so I will accept that. People are probably getting mad at us for clogging up the comments section anyway. This is not the right place for this discussion.
@Nails077 The question you're referring to began with "some". I went through phases of atheism. First, I hated the seemingly ridiculous ideologies of the Bible. Then I stopped worshipping a childish, implausible , invisible "existence". Then, I became pure atheist. "Why should I hate or disrespect something I don't believe?". "Why must I even mention it in conversation?". "It's akin to having a discussion about the tooth fairy & insulting children who believe in her". My thoughts as an atheist.
@xcalic3600 What you are saying sounds a lot like one is not entitled to have an opinion of an ideology or belief or the behavior of the people that follow it if you do not shair their belief in where those ideas came from. If for some reason a person did not believe that Hitler ever existed and that he was just a made up fairytale, they could not have an opinion on Nazism?
@xcalic3600 Responding to the tooth fairy thing. If you were punching people in the face until they lost their teeth because you believed the tooth fairy commanded you to do so, then you bet I would challenge your belief in the tooth fairy
@Nails077 Alot of atheist who seek/sought to rudely insult religious/spiritual individuals or not pure atheist. I see this especially when I read some comments on Youtube. The amount of contempt and bitter hatred that is expressed just to convey one's point is asinine. It's like cursing Santa Clause for not coming this year. How could you not believe, yet scorn? Have more to say, but I rather say fuck anyone who're getting pissed off at our comments. Tired of dictators telling me what to do.
@xcalic3600 When religion makes real people perform real actions that causes real harm to the real world, it is not that weird to want to speak out against it. It does not matter if those actions were inspired by a fantasy if it has real consequences. If there were adults who believed in santa clause were burning down houses because they thought the owners of those houses were on the naughty list, you would bet there people speaking out against belief in santa.
@Nails077 amen...look I am asking people to come and watch the first five of the videos of the favs list on my page I could give a shit less about converting anybody---its just that my Bahais friends are being oppressed...just trying to get the word out about a HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUE!! THANKS!
@xcalic3600 speaking of...please check out the first five videos on my favs list...I AM NOT trying to convert anybody...but my Bahai brothers and sisters are being denied human rights in the middle east especially in Iran...please...watch the first five videos in my favs list...
I dont get it. How can the huble telescope pickup see a star that is 92 billion lightyear, or even one thats 46 billion light years away, if the universe is only 13 billion years old? If the star is 92 billion lightyears away shudnt it take 92 billion years for the light to reach us?
@MaNgAnlmE It can't. We cannot 'see' anything with a telescope, if it is more light years away from us, than the universe is old. The universe is constantly expanding though, so what they do is, they 'estimate' how far away the object is.. The ray of light we see from the object, is what it looked like 13.5 billion years ago, but that object has since moved even further away... If someone says that (insert star name etc..) is 35 billion light years away, they have estimated where that object is.
Interseting, Can someone suggest a good cosmic book, where these latest knowledge of the Cosmos of our present time is displayed? My old cosmic Book is "Cosmos" from Carl Sagan - a 30-year-old book, with old facts.
i got questions, what is space? what particles build the universe?
I understand there is planets/galaxies, but what about this blackness between them? is that matter or nothing exists there? or is it all one particle or more combined together to build an empty blackness!? i dont understand!
In coran Allah (god in arabic) said: "Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?" Surat The Prophets - ayat 30
And he said: "And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander" Surat The Winnowing Winds - ayat 47
Soubhan'Allah
I have accepted Allah as my Lord, Islam as my Religion, and Muhammad as my Prophet.
@kheirness fine for you to be a religious nut head. Please refrain from spamming science videos with qoutemines. If the Koran predicted anything, then how come all you nut heads only know it after science figures it out?
@tristbjorn Well I did'nt spam science videos, I just try to save some people from being in the wrong path and to please my god. Concerning your question, maybe we did not know how the big bang happened and how the universe is getting expanded, but the ayat of coran that I shared were mentioned since 14 centuries ago, and science proved it :).
"And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming." The Prophets-ayat 33
I must say i belive in god, but i find this very interesting. I'm open for new things we learn about the universe. Many christians says that the earth is 6000 years or so, but the bible never point out anything about that number, so why couldn't it be many millions years... i know scientists says they got the exact number of years it is and such but i don't really know.
but i'm only 15 so i have alot to learn about this and i can't wait :P (sorry for my bad english)
I see so many correlations between the universe and cytology/biology, I look at the universe as one big "Cosmic-Cell" and everything within this Cosmic-Cell(stars, black holes, matter, dark matter) are just "Cosmic-Organelles" responsible for the cosmic-cell's functions. When I look at the baby picture of the universe I see cell division(Anaphase). We are the stuff of stars, the stars are the stuff of the universe; maybe the universe's nature/anatomy is not so different from our own? :]
@Nuel2080 I was thinking that the only thing that deserves to be called god is the sun. As it is kinda part of nature, but excludes plants and trees and other living things. If you think about it. But i see what your getting at and i agree.
We all have to live and die, so the truth about life and death concerns and applies to us all. True or false? Search "TRUTH CONTEST" in Google and click the 1st result, then open The Present and read what it says to learn the Truth. Let's get serious and honest about the truth of life.
@23rock3 That site is bullshit. It makes far too many assumptions that we know are flat out wrong. Consciousness is not synonymous with energy. All the evidence points to the brain being the source of consciousness. All our astronomical observations show that we are nothing on the cosmic scale. The universe is not about us and chances are that we are not special. We are ants, on a spec, orbiting a small star, in an average galaxy, in a cluster of galaxies, in a filament of clusters.
quran says a day at god's = thousand years of ours . and it would take the angels one day to ascend to him and that day = fifty thousand years of ours . if you dont belive me read it for yourself , quran also stated 1400 years ago that the creation of the universe as we know it has not stopped and still expanding . modern since just found tis recently
quran stated 1400 years ago that the sun and the moon swim ( that was the exact word used).
in orbits .nobody knew then what the word orbit meant
@Punkenna0609 You are in the universe. Even better then in, you are a part of it. : ) And besides, no point in wishing for that. I imagine galactic travel is a 1000 years away.
sooo when you see an object it is actually the light reflecting off of it right???
that means if you said the universe is 13.7 billion years old then how are we able to see the light that reflects from an object 100 billion light years away....
@carlschwenke no all the spots you see in the sky at night are stars like the sun, they do not reflect light, but the planets around those stars you cannot see, it's those that might contain life.
@carlschwenke I am 15, and these kinds of questions always pop into my head from time to time and its very exciting. Science is always contradicting its self, that is just the way it is, it is always going to be about best guesses and which story do most people believe, but there will always be an unknown side to all of this. I made a blog talking about some ideas I have about the universe and how I picture it, if you want to read it the url is theorycompo.blogspot.co
@xlactyu15 You should take his comment as an example that your thoughts are not original nor can they pose a formidable argument against/for scientific theories and such. To answer that Carlschwenke's question: Light, being the fastest thing known to exist, is essentially "outside" of time; that is, it moves so fast that it outruns time. In simpler terms...we're seeing things 100 billion light-years away as they were 100 billion years ago. You'll likely learn this in a Physics class.
@Blahblahblaafmn I was not saying that is not reliable, I am just saying to not always put all your trust on it. And I do not think you answered his question. Everybody (almost everybody) knows that when you look at the stars is like you looking back in time, He is saying that if the universe is only 13 billion years old, then how can light take 100 billion years (100 billion lightyears) to get here. ----Read next comment I am out of space here
@JutifiedGamma - Familiarity, anticipation, reward! Quite a while ago, I can recall having a similar reaction. However, after watching one or two more videos, I quite enjoyed his voice and style. Now, after having watched LOTS of SpaceRip videos, I consider this narrator among the very best of all such productions. Further, now, whenever I see that there's a new SpaceRip video... great intellectual anticipation. At the sound of this voice, I settle in for an amazing ride.
@BigMTBrain Haha, to be honest, after I was done watching this video, I wanted to watch another (just to remind myself about how annoying his voice is, lol). It's like one of those really terrible songs that gets stuck in your head.
What is this a nerd convention? Listen, here's the thruth about the universe: "In the beggining there was nothing... which exploded." And god may have had some part to it, who the fuck knows? NOBODY that's who. All this mummbo- jumbo about what does and does not exist can all be solved over a fatty spliff.
To be honest i only watched this because im crazy baked, I couldn't sit through the whole thing though
@ComputaHelper BOOOORING ! When is X-Factor on? Only joking - l meant Celebrity Dancing Footballers......On Ice..... The Revenge.....Of the Runners Up.....Pt5 ! (with behind the scenes...scenes of....ok - this is slightly better)
@EmbersandAshesmusic Time and Space are concepts, and like Gods they only exist because we say they do. Time nor Space can be destroyed, because technically they don't exist. If the breaking down of the big bang can't account for the destruction of space and time, then it can't account for the creation of either. Matter degrades to anti-matter, energy to dark energy. The degrade draws together these counterpoints, to such a finite point that a big bang occurs again.
"In the beginning" = time. "God created the heavens" =space, "and the earth" = matter. "Then God said let there be light" = energy. The scientific fabric of our reality stated so eloquently in the first sentence of the Holy Bible. Probably what sparked Einstein and Minkowski's "space-time continuum theory"
My universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big as my universe is as big
It's all an illusion , there are far fewer galaxys. We only think that there are so many becouse light shifts by gravity and we see multiple galaxys from different angles from different time zones are actualy 1... there might only be just a few thousant and not millions of billions.
@Desaletor You don't think it possible that the clever fellows and fellowettes doing the calculations might have taken into account some of Einstein's equations then?
My current understanding is that, Inflation and the Big Bang theories completely depend on the assumption that the red shifting light from distant objects is cause by the objects moving away from us.
Scientific community stats with certainty that the only explanation is, Doppler effect.
Gravity red shifts light.
The farther away an object is, the more gravity it travels through.
There for, more gravity it travels through, the more red shift it would induce.
@nylife I'm not trying to debunk, it's about understanding.
Thank you for the 2) thing you said, I now realize that what the narrator said could make sense.
I know about inflation, but I do not understand it.
That's why I'm trying to find out more about it, and I was surprised to find the NASA website saying what it does.
My question was, why does NASA's website say the farthest galaxy is near the edge of the visible universe? While others sources says known objects are farther away than that?
@InternetOneOS If I'm not mistaken Quasars can be out beyond the most distant galaxy's. If my understanding is correct, they were the first objects to start to form in the early universe as the clouds of mostly hydrogen began to succumb to gravity and form huge stars.
@MyPitMind There is no observable point to life in the observable universe. Unless you count consumption and reproduction for the sake of more consumption and reproduction.
im scared

and yes there are things older than 4000bc in egypt ~15,000 years old

@PompousPreacher couldn't have said it better myself! :)
mrjhanko83 3 days ago
@PompousPreacher actually the bible is read in many countries all over the world. not just caucasian white males. Sir Isaac Newton believed the earth to be no older than 3998 bc and I believe him. no written or carved document is older than around 4000 bc.. do your research and you might find some interesting things about dinosaurs as well.
Tops7992 2 days ago
@Tops7992 Sir Isaac Newton also believed in alchemy and thought he could turn lead into gold. The fact that human beings learned to write around 4,000 BC doesn't mean the earth is 6,000 years old. And dinosaurs and human beings co-existed only in Sarah Palin's imagination.
PompousPreacher 2 days ago
@PompousPreacher you must be 12 to think that dinosaurs and humans didn't co exist.. there's so much proof and specific evidence.. if the earth is constantly being effected by erosion and expansion there's no way your gonna find whole skeletons... maybe a skull and a spine if your lucky.. the science of paleontology was just established 200 years ago.. Sir Isaac Newton was one of the greatest physicists that ever lived and your trying to say he though he could turn lead into gold?? ha.
Tops7992 2 days ago
@PompousPreacher Oh come on, that is just stupid. I don't believe in a Caucasian G-d. Why do you have to bash on religion? Not every religious person is white trash from the Bible belt
iska788 1 day ago
@iska788 I agree. I'm an ex-atheist who now believes there is more to life than what the eyes reveal. I don't believe every word in the Bible. Besides, the Bible was written by man, not God. God didn't say he created the Earth in 6 days. Man wrote that along with all the inconsistencies that are present in the Bible. However, that doesn't nullify that a God may exist. Atheist are so conceited and self-righteous and so are some religious folks.
xcalic3600 1 day ago 2
@xcalic3600 It is conceited and self-righteous to not believe in something for which there is no reason to believe in?
Theism often says "here is our claim of god. now you must believe it to be true"
Atheism asks "why?" and has not yet been presented with sufficient reason to.
Nails077 1 day ago
@Nails077 There is no reason because they fail to realize the reason. Who are atheist to claim that they know how we came to be along with the universe? They're just like typical theist. All they appreciate is what they understand and have no regard for other knowledge besides what they already know or believe for that matter. I believe in God now because I see Him working in my life. Not with magic (apparently that's what's atheist want to see) but with the events that unfold before me.
xcalic3600 1 day ago
@xcalic3600 No actually Atheism has no claim to know our origin. Religions make that claim quite often however. I don't understand what you mean by only appreciating knowlege that we already know. If that were the case then how would we ever learn new things? And if we never could learn anything then how would we come to posess that knowlege we already have in the first place? Lastly, I do not have your reasons to believe in your god. Should I still believe without those reasons?
Nails077 22 hours ago
@Nails077 Most atheist I've encountered and related with were set in their beliefs and spoke of the Big Bang Theory as if it is the absolute truth. Don't deny that some atheist believe in the science of life as much as the religious community believes in spirituality. Some aren't even real atheist. They hate God, but how could one hate yet not believe? No offence but I don't care if you have a reason or not to believe in what I believe. People see one side of life and atheist are no exception.
xcalic3600 21 hours ago
@Nails077 By the way, why do all atheist possess this concept in their minds that all spiritual people are religious zealots who believe in magic, folklore and rebuke scientific knowledge. I was an atheist not too long ago. I'm not a Christian nor do I belong to any religious group. I don't claim to know TRUTH. What I believe in has no name. What it does cannot be comprehended or explained. I'm ignorant just like every man on Earth. I just believe in an entity greater than myself and fellow man.
xcalic3600 21 hours ago
@xcalic3600 As long as you are not trying to push your belief on others or belittle others who do not believe as you do, I have no problem with that. However when you act as if you know what I feel and think better than I do, and tell me that I am self-centered and conceited, I cannot help but take offense.
Don't lump every atheist into one narrow category of people.
Nails077 20 hours ago
@Nails077 Hey, I don't care if you have a problem or not. You text me on a reply that wasn't directed to you or anyone in particular but the poster. This extra sensitivity & scrutiny of words only leads to arguments & petty quarrels. I'm sure you knew I meant a vast number & not literally all atheist. I don't exactly know how you feel & I don't think my last post indicated that I thought I did. Atheist also belittle believers & disrespect them right here on Youtube for simply believing.
xcalic3600 19 hours ago
@xcalic3600 Sorry, but I did not know that you did not literally mean that. There are plenty of people out there who try to demonize all atheists as much as they can. And you did imply that all atheists are the same. You even stated it explicitly in the form of a question.
Ok, you just said you did not mean it like that though so I will accept that. People are probably getting mad at us for clogging up the comments section anyway. This is not the right place for this discussion.
Nails077 18 hours ago
@Nails077 The question you're referring to began with "some". I went through phases of atheism. First, I hated the seemingly ridiculous ideologies of the Bible. Then I stopped worshipping a childish, implausible , invisible "existence". Then, I became pure atheist. "Why should I hate or disrespect something I don't believe?". "Why must I even mention it in conversation?". "It's akin to having a discussion about the tooth fairy & insulting children who believe in her". My thoughts as an atheist.
xcalic3600 12 hours ago
@xcalic3600 What you are saying sounds a lot like one is not entitled to have an opinion of an ideology or belief or the behavior of the people that follow it if you do not shair their belief in where those ideas came from. If for some reason a person did not believe that Hitler ever existed and that he was just a made up fairytale, they could not have an opinion on Nazism?
Nails077 4 hours ago
@xcalic3600 Responding to the tooth fairy thing. If you were punching people in the face until they lost their teeth because you believed the tooth fairy commanded you to do so, then you bet I would challenge your belief in the tooth fairy
Nails077 4 hours ago
@Nails077 Alot of atheist who seek/sought to rudely insult religious/spiritual individuals or not pure atheist. I see this especially when I read some comments on Youtube. The amount of contempt and bitter hatred that is expressed just to convey one's point is asinine. It's like cursing Santa Clause for not coming this year. How could you not believe, yet scorn? Have more to say, but I rather say fuck anyone who're getting pissed off at our comments. Tired of dictators telling me what to do.
xcalic3600 12 hours ago
@xcalic3600 When religion makes real people perform real actions that causes real harm to the real world, it is not that weird to want to speak out against it. It does not matter if those actions were inspired by a fantasy if it has real consequences. If there were adults who believed in santa clause were burning down houses because they thought the owners of those houses were on the naughty list, you would bet there people speaking out against belief in santa.

@MaNgAnlmE paradox
arnuskin1 1 week ago
@MaNgAnlmE It can't. We cannot 'see' anything with a telescope, if it is more light years away from us, than the universe is old. The universe is constantly expanding though, so what they do is, they 'estimate' how far away the object is.. The ray of light we see from the object, is what it looked like 13.5 billion years ago, but that object has since moved even further away... If someone says that (insert star name etc..) is 35 billion light years away, they have estimated where that object is.

@carlschwenke I am 15, and these kinds of questions always pop into my head from time to time and its very exciting. Science is always contradicting its self, that is just the way it is, it is always going to be about best guesses and which story do most people believe, but there will always be an unknown side to all of this. I made a blog talking about some ideas I have about the universe and how I picture it, if you want to read it the url is theorycompo.blogspot.co
or theorycompo.blogspot.co
xlactyu15 2 weeks ago 3
@xlactyu15 You should take his comment as an example that your thoughts are not original nor can they pose a formidable argument against/for scientific theories and such. To answer that Carlschwenke's question: Light, being the fastest thing known to exist, is essentially "outside" of time; that is, it moves so fast that it outruns time. In simpler terms...we're seeing things 100 billion light-years away as they were 100 billion years ago. You'll likely learn this in a Physics class.

EmbersandAshesmusic 2 weeks ago
@EmbersandAshesmusic Time and Space are concepts, and like Gods they only exist because we say they do. Time nor Space can be destroyed, because technically they don't exist. If the breaking down of the big bang can't account for the destruction of space and time, then it can't account for the creation of either. Matter degrades to anti-matter, energy to dark energy. The degrade draws together these counterpoints, to such a finite point that a big bang occurs again.
drfatleg 2 weeks ago
"In the beginning" = time. "God created the heavens" =space, "and the earth" = matter. "Then God said let there be light" = energy. The scientific fabric of our reality stated so eloquently in the first sentence of the Holy Bible. Probably what sparked Einstein and Minkowski's "space-time continuum theory"

Could that be another reason for it?

@8:00 the narrator stats the the universe is 137 billion billion trillion light years in radius.
Why would Nasa say something different?

@9:40 the narrator stats that the microwaves that are detected when they point their antenna in any direction are echos of the "Big Bang".
What is the "Big Bang" reflecting on?
Echos are a sound or series of sounds caused by the reflection of sound waves from a surface back to the listener.

1) The "visible" universe. Not the entire universe.
2) Another definition of echo is a remnant or vestige of something (i.e. "Echo's from the past." etc)

@InternetOneOS If I'm not mistaken Quasars can be out beyond the most distant galaxy's. If my understanding is correct, they were the first objects to start to form in the early universe as the clouds of mostly hydrogen began to succumb to gravity and form huge stars.
