I had purchased a pair diamond flesh tunnels. After I had waited for them to come through there was diamonds missing all around them, obviously from shipping. There was no phone number to contact anyone on, so I was forced to do it via e-mail with someone of the name "Marc Gaginer" took them three days to tell me to "take a photo" I've sent the photos 4 times! Still no response, missed my wedding and it's been a week and a half. I didn't expect this coming from such a site.

@CorgiLover123 Same here! I like painfulpleasures and I've bought from them 4 or 5 times. The first order went PERFECT and the rest were messed up. They never really replied fast to my emails and they would send out the wrong stuff or the wrong size. I never bothered though. I wish their service was better! They have good quality stuff!

i tried pierced fish, and they sent me the wrong order.. like i ordered the no-c-ems. and got the tongue rings that have the sayings... so when i asked them if i can send my order back and get the one i actually wanted, they said yea, it all seemed ok. and then all of a sudden, they suck !!! i was not getting my order, its been nearly 2 months, and i lost $15 ...$20 actually for sending it back !!!!

@secksandbondage yeah, one time it was taking forever to get my package so I emailed their customer service and they just asked me to wait a few days. A few days later and still no package, so they actually send out a new set of my jewelry, I didnt have to pay any extra. I got the new set really fast and eventually received the old set, it must have gotten lost in the mail.

The person I emailed was extremely nice and helpful, maybe you just got a bad customer rep...

The labrets I use for my tragus or lobe are 5/16" or 8mm. At that size they are not a tight fit on either my lobe or my tragus, and I like having a little bit of room for the jewelry to move

it was a 3mm, but the peace sign design just like rubbed off, so i probably wouldn't recommend it unless you coat it with something

I got the captive bead rings with the gem from pierced fish, so if you go to the website, click on the link to captive bead rings on the left side, and they are in there, they are at the very top of the second page, and it says "Ring w/ Gem Purple" but once you choose your size you can choose another color. Let me know if you still have trouble :)
