@AmericanGirlGN umm i don't think you can do anything about it. sorry. it's okay one of my murano glass beads has a crack on it. I was soo upset. i LOVE my pandora bracelet and I would cry if I ever lose it. I have three beads: a giraffe, a cupcake and the forget me knot.

i think i really screwed mine up! I have a full bracelet and it took a lot of money! I Love my bracelet but now I think I recked it for ever! I used a silver cleaner on the beads. had they have not looked the same sense and are alway looking dirty! Does anyone know how to help me or did I just waste over $1000?HELP

It was very hard to see the presentation of the bracelet. Maybe if the camera were to have been closer to the bracelet it would have been better.
