  • KEEP ON VAPING -- we know how ecigs have helped us!

  • Im from Canada, some of the arguments are: they could encourage minors to vape: could be used as a drug delivery device: e-ciggs are marketed as smoking cessasion devices: lol whens the last time you saw a minor vaping? whens the last time or have you ever seen a minor smoking? Like a crack addict is going to spend 100 bucks on a silver bullet. This has to be the most successful stop smoking device ever made, works for me as I dont smoke anymore.

  • FUCK THE FDA.

  • You sound like me on the gun issues LOL

  • I can see the government squeezing our pocketbooks by taxing any tobacco extracts that are in e-liquid, making it only slightly cheaper than traditional cigarettes, but I think it's against the claims some greedy false advertising e-cig companies are stating that their products are "healthier" FDA law requires proof of that through testing and research. Keep on Vaping!

  • What device, neck piece and cart is that unit you have there? I want one lol.

  • @c1team i believe it's the Chameleon with a gooseneck and a 510 carto lol , strange setup , great vape

  • I wouldn't worry too much about this

whenever the time comes that ecigs outsell cigarettes

they'll (government) just start taxing our eliquids and/or PVs

it'll get more expensive, but PVs are here to stay

  • another reason out 100 more reasons that the FDA needs to be SHUT DOWN FOREVER AND EVER.

  • If the companies were really claiming that they were selling weight loss e-liquid than they deserve to be shutdown and executed for false advertising, which is pretty low. Also, the people who believe that weight loss e-liquid exists should be executed as well. Other than that, I agree that pv's can be used to stop smoking even though I haven't been able to stop since every vaping experience I have had has been a disspointment. Btw F*ck the FDA.

  • the FDA can suck my pink fuzzy balls!!

  • What sites did they target???

  • those assholes have nothing better to do than take everything good away from america as far as im concerned they might as well take away oxygen hey its not pure enough anyway right? dickheads

  • The FDA can SUCK IT! They'll never stop me from vaping. When I die, my "fucking cold dead hands" will have one finger up when rigormortis sets in and it'll be pointed at our worthless government, especially the FDA. The FDA needs to stop sucking Monsanto's schlong and do their damn jobs!

  • FDA= FUCKING DUMB ASSHOLES!!!!

  • The FDA really sucks!!!!!! I am new to vaping but I absolutely love it and I see NOTHING wrong with E cigs at all. So much healthier than analogs, that's for sure. I feel your anger! That will suck ass if they end up shutting down all of the e cig businesses - It's all about THE MONEY! They say America is a free country - yea, right. I don't think so!

  • I wonder if thetruth dotcom guys would support vaping? (the people that do the anti tobacco commercials) to somehow support the ecig community? Maybe they have resources the vaping community could use in waging our war.

  • Alright, did anyone read the letters? Grimm, did you read the letters even? Yall need to chill out. After laying out the violations which basically come down to "You do not test your products after manufacturing them to meet any sort of specifications regarding safety or regulation" then followed by "You are responsible for investigating and for preventing these violations." The FDA did not say that they are shutting them down. They want standards. I dont see this as a bad thing. Keep Vaping

  • @wiliscool

The FDA doesn't even have jurisdiction buddy. Its a state issue

  • one more thing, the pharmaceutical industry peddles pills like candy and they are responsible killing and leaving people with permanent internal organ damage. But the FDA is a enforcement arm of the biggest pharmaceutical companies. The FDA needs to clean house, and examine the shit they have let slide for decades!

  • The FDA has no jurisdiction over e cigarettes! But The federal government has become more and more tyrannical especially since 9/11/2001. And when it comes to tobacco, they will lose a shit load of taxes, federal, and state level. so yeah they will try everything they can to stop them.

  • hi i am new to e cigs and it has helped me out a lot. i don't new what i would do with out it. the FDA is all for the things that hurt you and the things that help you they try there best to make it disappear. love all of your videos and hope that we all some how can fight this. FDA BAD E CIG GOOOOOD and i will vapeing as long as i can.

  • fuck them in the ass.. =D

  • drozdbeshnel you are wrong Go to johnson creek juice, they make no claims to be a stop smoking device as for the other companies i cant really comment .Basically the government is continuing its shake down of these companies for money they dont give a shit about our health .

  • @jdddehoff

you need to read the letter man... it cites customer testimonial after testimonial about how their product helped them stop smoking or get off cigs...

bom there you go...they're taking that as making health claims...which pushes them into the drug device category.... the letter also cites the fact that as a FDA registered lab they failed their damn inspection as far as cGMP regulations go and their lack of QC.... they brought it on themselves

  • SHARK TEETH!

  • keep fightng the fight, agree with you totally! I'm NOT going to start smoking again after almost a YEAR thanks to ecigs! FDA- Fucking Dick Asshats!

  • I'm still pissed weed is still illegal. It's a fucking plant.

  • @tk423b I"m with you

  • Welp, thats the government! Enjoy the fascism boys, cause it is coming full swing!

Liberty for the win, Statism FAIL.

  • I wonder what a footed army of FDA employees would look like on a battle field? Would some order their lawyers to throw $160 pens at us, while others try and figure out how to swing a sword? We need to recruit William Wallace to lead the attack =)

  • OUR CHAMPION IS THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH PHYSICIANS =) Let's form the army behind them!

  • I read the news on ABCNews.Com. The shit is gonna hit the fan. :(

  • thanks for the vid grimmgreen, FDA needs to go suck a big one lol....or at least listen and do actual research on ecigs then having their heads up the tobacco companies assholes...

  • What we need is others in power to make them obey the public demand.

You cant explain reason to the ones being unreasonable..

  • @vaporfreedom Thats some wisdom right there. And a straight up correct answer

  • Instead of the FDA ensuring the contents of the E-liquid are safe, they want to change it to a DRUG DELIVERY DEVICE (has not happened yet, but they are acting as if it has telling e-cig companies they are breaking federal law and still seizing shipments from China) If it happens, the E-cig is pulled off the market.

The FDA will get to decide if it wants to give us the E-cig. The Big Tobacco/Pharma companies get to pay them off to keep it off the market!

  • My problem is this, if they can classify tobacco with contains nicotine in it's own category and not as a paper drug delivery device, why then classify e-cigs differently? They both do the same thing, one is obviously more harmful than the other but they BOTH delivery nicotine. Ever hear the song paper air planes by MIA? Their chorus should be the FDA trademark theme song. I'm hot red and mad and I want something done NOW

  • I just sent a letter to The President of The United States of America. I basically said that any effort by the FDA to shut down electronic cigarette manufacturers will statistically end up causing people to smoke tobacco again, which will cause real harm to citizens. I also talked about how nicotine is being redefined based on the delivery mechanism, and how nicotine is not a new drug, and how you can chew or smoke as much tobacco as you want without the FDA worrying about it.

  • @reallybigname hey man, Obama smokes dude, maybe we ought to send Spikey over to convert him to a Vaper?

  • @dawolf66 There is no evidence that he has smoked since being president. However, he has admitted slip-ups, and he is still addicted to nicotine. They haven't been specific, they have only admitted that he uses "nicotine replacement therapy". So, he might be vaping right now!

  • I really think this needed to happen to scare any of the non legit companies such as in these lists from putting stuff in the vapor like they were. I do agree we need some regulation. I know people do it from their basement, but what if one of them messes up and accidentally overdoses the nic? Or something its just the way it has to be to be safe to put things in our bodies. I hate the fucking FDA and hate the idea of even banning anything....but really think about what could be in that juice...

  • So, it seems to me that the primary complaint, and their reason for being able to do this, is that the products contain a drug (nicotine). So, I think all e-cig manufacturers should get out of the nicotine business, and just let people add their own nicotine! Then, the FDA wouldn't have a reason to regulate.

  • Grimm

with all due respect you gotta read the individual letters...

these companies were advertizing their e-cigs as stop smoking aids

or selling e-cialis, or e-weight loss juice or with additional vitamins in the juice..

or were registered with the FDA as far as labs but failed their inspections as far as QC controls and procedures...

    and making health claims...

man they were selling as a drug delivery device not as a recreational tobacco alternative ..that's their downfall

  • @DrozdBeshenyi

Agreed 100% . I don't think he read that far down the FDA report ..

  • @DrozdBeshenyi agreed, this video is a very "knee jerk" reaction. We need quality control , and standards

  • @GrimmGreen

what we need is to come together and not all these different camps...and distributors need to stop being out for the $ and start caring...

the writing was on the wall with the njoy vs FDA case...Judge Leon but vaping in the realm of recreational tobacco...

if they were to be used as a NRT then they'd fall under drug delivery device and subject to FDCA....

these companies ignored that and continued to advertise as stop smoking aids

    they're dooming themselves and us..

  • The problem is that they are refusing to regulate them as tobacco products (which they have the power to do now) in give us safety standards.

No instead they want it as a drug delivery device so they can remove it from the market and get more of those big FAT checks from big drug/tobacco companies.

  • @GrimmGreen But as right as that is, (I'm about to sound like a conspiracy theorist here) the government makes soooo much money from taxing tobacco. If all of us switch to e-cigs that revenue flies out the window. This just seems like a scare tactic to me, but I dunno. You'd think our government would have more important things to deal with right now than electronic cigarettes.

  • @mkylman thats not a conspiracy theory, thats about the jest of it. The tax on Tobacco is such a huge money maker, that they are scarred they aren't going to be bringing in that mad bank, especially in this recession.

  • I think the real test here is to see whether or not they shut down all of these places. This comes down to what the FDA's goal is - not what they reported about these manufacturers. If they want to be sticklers, they can just systematically shut every operation down for this or that violation. It will be very difficult for small e-cig or e-liquid manufacturers to follow every guideline that Phillip Morris does. (of they even do)

  • @DrozdBeshenyi If you would of read JC's note they got, the FDA actually quoted customers! Not the company in it's own self. They quoted people with no medical background that they know of, they quoted the average joe and THAT is what should make you mad. The fact that they stooped to that level of insanity and used it against the companies as a violation. It's just plain WRONG!

  • @cyiakanami

I did read it...yeah citing the customers comments is wrong....but then there's the added problem that they failed their FDA lab inspection in regards to QC and handling of products....if you advertise the fact that you're FDA registered and then fail your FDA inspection...well then that kinda is your fault....

mind you I'm in no way in favor of the FDA...but these companies brought this on themselves with their practices

  • Just ripped this off the FDA report. IS THIS TRUE? If it is then they should be shut down End of ."Certain companies received warning letters for additional reasons. E-Cig Technology markets drugs in unapproved liquid forms, such as tadalafil, an erectile dysfunction drug, and rimonabant,a weight loss drug that has not been approved for use in the United States. These liquid pharmaceuticals are designed to refill cartridges used in e-cigarettes so that the drugs can be vaporized and inhaled"

  • Back street makers are everywhere ..Totally Wicked in the U.S.A. & United Kingdom is very well regulated . In fact the United Kingdom Government is looking towards UK trade body to continue to improve on self-regulation. ... E-cigarettes are currently regulated in an efficient and successful manner..

  • This morning I got the same e-mail from a friend. I –AM – PISSED!! WTF!! Do we do!!

The FDA isn’t looking out for us.

  • once again, the FDA are shoving their heads further up their asses and not giving a F*CK about anyone!!!

  • Legal: Known cancer causing cigarettes that keeps the coffers full from big tobacco lobbyist.

    Illegal: Water vapor

  • i wonder when it came about that the american people have to prove their innocence to their own govorment. We should be demanding that the FDA prove electronic cigarettes are harmfull before banning them, along with banning regular cigarettes, alchohol, driving a car, fast food, asprin and anything else a little bit dangerous.

  • ok call me crazy, but are there any celebrities, and or doctors that could be contacted for responses?

not that a celebrity has anymore clout than anyone else, but the public listens to celebrities...if we didn't, we wouldn't watch TV or entertainment tonight.

we need oprah on our side, leonardo di caprio, some big important dr...

  • interesting

  • haha! the Fed cant protect us from terrorists, or illegal immigrants stealing my childrens country and future, but they can protect me from electronic cigaretts. Fucking incompetent morons want to protect us while simultainiously getting us all killed. i could not be more ashamed at my govorment and thats saying alot.

  • good god, like tobacco companies haven't violated this shit forever. lotta reaching around going on.

  • There are loop holes in all FDA regulations. The First step should be done by every vendor, post "NOT FDA approved". That's one way supplement companys have gotten away with it to start.

  • ok, somebody answer me this.....is there REAL tobacco nicotine in the e-liquid or is it a snythetic?

  • Comment removed

  • Grimm,

In your own words, most of the vendors, (Not all) are 1, 2 or maybe 3 man operations. As such, they are working in a kitchen, or a basement. As an ex-smoker turned vaper, I am only 100% sure of 2 of the benefits vaping, 1 is that I do not have to deal with the smelly clothes and bad breath of analogs, and 2 that when I have an urge, I can take toot almost anywhere without having to stand outside like a crackhead. Is anyone REALLY sure that vaping is a healthier alternative? We need FDA

  • Dont you guys think that we can settle this in a peaceful and democratic way? The FDA is following standard procedure in banning eCigs. Why dont we follow standard procedure to legalize eCigs just like other medicines that used to have bans or stop of production orders on them.

However the big eCig companies should start the campaign.

  • @ bashercoon the device is considered a medical device there for it is subject to comply with the code of federal regulation just as needles for injecting veins need to comply to guarantee sterile conditions during manufacture. The same applies for this device. That is unless you want to get salmonella by using substandard products.

  • Yet millions of eggs contaminated with salmonella or diet soda that has brain damage causing aspartame or hundreds of prescription pills known to cause death are ok... "If we can't make money on this IT HAS TO BE ILLEGALIZED NOW!!!"

The FDA is straight bullshit. We have freedoms as Americans and they are being stripped from us every way possible.

We just have to Stand together and fight for our rights!

    Vape on!

  • @MangledKiller Ever seen the documentary Sweet Misery: A poisoned world about Aspartame? It is on Google video. One of Reagans first acts in office was to put in a new director of the FDA to approve aspertame for his good friend and CEO of Searle Donald Rumsfeld.

  • Comment removed

  • If the FDA put this effort behind banning cigarettes, a product which is guaranteed to kill, then we'd be moving in the right direction. Counting myself I've helped to convert at least 5 pack-a-day smokers to vaping. That's over $12,000 dollars a year in tobacco revenue. There are 44 million smokers in the US. At a pack a day that's roughly 12 BILLION dollars a month in sales. Wonder what's really going on here?

  • This is why the community is so important. Went about my day like nothing happened. Got home tonight to find this video from grimm waiting in my subs list. Wow... I'm reading the info on the FDA letters now but one thing i can tell you. Now more than ever we need to be heard. Send out information.... talk to people.... RAISE AWARENESS! KEEP ON VAPING!

  • I tried to send you this info the other day . All vendors should do mass wipe out sales asap . It is a sad day but lets fight back with the truth we are small but loud.

  • Couldn't agree with you more....FDA, you can have my ecigs when you pry them from my fucking cold dead hands....

I'm so fucking sick of the damn nanny state the United States of Embarrassment has become....only to keep the upper 1 fucking percent rich...and the rest of us slaving away and dying....

If the fucking FDA wants to ban ecigs so fucking bad, they might as well ban Tylenol, and antibiotics, and fuck, while we're at it, stop all research on curing cancer and AIDS and all that shit too

  • Fucking fuck. It's almost as if all the exposure vaping has gotten as of late is doing us more harm than good. Get positive press; we're fucked. Get no press; we're fucked.

I'm so sick of big brother having a say in our personal lives.

Until big pharm or government is able to milk some coin out of the vaping community, they'll continue to fuck us.

    Fuck the FDA.

    Fuck the antis.

    Fuck ASH.

  • @cassavetes1024 "Until big pharm or government is able to milk some coin out of the vaping community, they'll continue to fuck us."

You hit the nail on the head my fellow vaper

  • My letter to the local news here in Abilene Texas.

Dear KTXS team, Thank you for the many years of outstanding news! You probably already know that the FDA has been continuingly trying to ban the electronic cigarette making claims that is more or as unhealthy as real cigarettes. Everyone that has made the switch from real cigarettes will tell you that they feel an amazing health improvement.

Finally now a force is rising against the FDA and its mission (in my opinion) to protect the

  • Damn it got cut off, basically I just told them to look into what the AAPHP are saying!

Everyone tell your news to report the AAPHP story and game over we win fuck the god damn FDA!

  • @vaporfreedom I don't see fox news being our savior :P

  • @hbeezey Without trying we will for sure fail. I care more about this war, than anything over seas. This is something I would be proud to be in a military for! Where is the real American pride these days? Destroyed by greed!

  • @vaporfreedom how am i greedy?

  • Even ALA is against e-cig's, crock of shit. Tobacco companies pay too much to politicians and the government, makes me nerd rage too broskie.

  • @hbeezey The ALA has been on board with the FDA all this time man. However give them a call and annoy the hell out of them. You will get a live person on the line and you need to know your facts before you call because they are very defensive of their FDA masters =P I really pissed the fuck out of some cunt lol. I shut her down on the BS FDA claims in arguing to the point where all she could say is "I don't want to argue with you"

  • Grimmgreen this is how I think we can fight it..

Call on to everyone to call their LOCAL uncontrolled news stations. Ask them to report the other side of the story. What I mean by the other side is the American Assosiation of Public Health Physicians (AAPHP) stance againts the FDA. They are an alliance of DOCTORS that view e-cigarettes as a healthy alternative to cigarettes.

If many local news stations are reporting this, how can it not be picked up by the big cats like fucking CNN!

    AAPHP

  • Q: Would it be possible for an electronic cigarette to receive FDA approval?

A: Yes. FDA issued a letter to the Electronic Cigarette Association inviting electronic cigarette firms to work in cooperation with the agency toward the goal of assuring that electronic cigarettes sold in the United States are lawfully marketed. The agency intends to regulate electronic cigarettes and related products in a manner consistent with its mission of protecting the public health.

  • @Godusesamac

True....However, I was saying that because the Big tobacco companies may actually see vaping as a threat albeit a small one ATM. Trying to crush it before it gets REALLY mainstream. Because let's face it, vaping isn't as widespread as it needs to be JUST yet. However, people like Grimm and everyone else are doing a damn good job getting the word out.

  • I know a LOT of the liquid companies are meeting as you read this about a plan to work out amongst themselves. This is complete bullshit but don't think there isn't people coming together to try to stop this madness.

  • Ok, Green I'm posting this(with I know some bashing to come).

You have to look at it this way. Look at a video over meat packing plant. Look at all the crap they force them to go threw to make it safe.

Number 2 when I first started vapping I first looked for a place as the FDA wanted. Test every batch; as they told JC to do in this attack. I was hit with Cost Cost Cost. Yet, there is a REASON for it. Companies could buy cheap un-pure UPS grade things without you knowing. Also Pesticide Nic

  • @damulta

The only way I see small companies making it; is well to have it made at bigger companies to be able to handle what they are asking. It's not like companies can not send off their recipes to be made. Get it shipped back to be able to sell.

TW is one of the companies I seen long ago move towards trying to move towards some of the things they are asking. I admit they fail in some areas, but show how it should be done in a lot of other areas.

  • I will fight to the END!!

I will NOT go back to cigarette...

  • we can write these assholes all we want but they only listen to action. I say we get together and have a vapors march in Washington, or some other kind of big protest. It would for sure get our cause noticed.

  • This is just disgusting. Government: it's been a while since it was "for the people, by the people". Comes down to money money money.

  • they can make it as illegal as pot and i will still Vape ... F*#K the FDA

I will never smoke another ciggarette

  • "Working out of a basement". Yup, the FDA will love that comment. Much like the FBI did when people were making homemade hootch from their basements during proabition. Elliot Ness from the FBI loved peppering bullets into bodies of people who made shit in their basements.

Sorry, but I honestly think we need to rethink our strategy here if we're going to get anywhere. Especially our choice of words when we post YouTube.

Sorry, but love me or hate me, but I tell it like it is.

  • @BigJimW10 I strongly agree with you.

  • Here's our other problem: This section of comments is full of anger (yes, we're angry, of course). We all have time and inclination to type comments lamenting the possible first step to banning e-liquid.

However, do we have time and inclination to do something about it? We need an organizer, and we need to be prepared to organize to fight for this.

First things first, we need clinical testing completed. If it's a poison, we need to know. If not, we need proof. Without proof, we can't win.

  • @spudgebomb What we need is for individuals to stand up for there freedom of choice! There should be millions of lawsuits from individuals against the FDA for violating there freedom of choice and put the analog VS ecig argument on the Legal Table. You cant have both sorry Big T and Big Pharma!

  • Here is what we need (I think): A centralized foundation into which all vapers and e-cig/liquid manufacturers and vendors pay which is to be used for funding legal defense when needed, and clinical trials in the mean time.

Problems: there would have to be an application process so shoddy manufacturers couldn't buy in and deplete funding losing a case because their manufacturing processes suck. If you guys really want to accomplish something, it's time to put our money where our e-cigs go.

  • We need to start our own Marketing Campaign "BAN THE FDA FROM MY PERSONAL LIFE" you're not my mother, father or nanny !

  • Continuation of last post.........

The FDA also said "...The actions against the companies were not meant to be seen as a larger effort to ban e-cigs....."

  • I think a lot of people are freaking out about nothing.

Everyone should actually read the FDA complaint(s) before freaking. I've read the complaints and to tell you the truth.....I agree with the FDA on this specific case.

In one case an E-Cig maker puts Tadalafil, which you may know as Cialis ®, in their E-juice.... I don't know about you, but I don't need my d*ck getting hard when I vape.

  • capitalist governments make money with excuses. the government wants to tax vapers somehow so the fda says pv's (and pv related products) are dangerous and if people want to buy them anyway, they can then put a tax on them. just like alcohol and analog cigs. - i think we all do need to research our asses off on personal vaporizers and pv products to prove that they are not harmful (at least, a fuck of a lot safer than analogs). this is just a ruse from the government to suckle at our wallets.

  • I strongly disagree with the call for regulation. The FDA are nothing more than murderous thugs, who kill many thousands every year and cause many more to suffer. If they get hold of e-cigs, they'll withhold it, dilute it, and ultimately strangle the industry in it's crib. Get ready to go underground instead. Learn to make nic, liquids, and atomizers to go with all of the existing homebrew mods.

  • Big Tobacco has the FDA by the balls. How much bribery must go on to keep those cancer spreading assholes' businesses thriving.....

  • I've known that the FDA was an arm of Corporo-Fascist machine

    nearly 2 decades ago

when they tried (and are still trying)

to ban vitamins & nutritional supplements.

These guys are NOT anyone's friends.

They want your money (on behalf of their pharma/big tobacco/big junk food handlers)

    AND they want you DEAD.

  • @SavannahsRUs No, they want you ALMOST dead.

That way, you can take your sorry ass to the nearest hospital and submit yourself to the machine that is health care and get charged out the ass to be put on pills for the rest of your life because your body can't live on it's own anymore.

  • Ill tell you what you can do. you can do the studies like everyone else has to. the FDA is not sway by your anecdotal evidence.

  • FDA is here to protect the consumer? What a load of BS! The FDA's purpose is to do whatever the big businesses (US tobacco, drug companies) and the Government wants them to do! Since E Cig's might threaten the profits of the big cigarette industry, the FDA wants to shut it down! Or control it for the Government! If the FDA cares so much for the consumer, why haven't they taken over the cigarette industry and made them stop selling products that they themselves have "proven" to be killing people?

  • its nicotine only.you cant rule against batteries and steel novelty items, keep it underground extract nic from Green peppers, black tea and keep fda out of it.just have consent forms from distributors.easy peasey.and get rid of the term ECIGARETTE. fun time novelty products.im gonna sit back and have a pull of my fun time novelty stick.

  • I'm so glad to be in Texas right now :)

  • What you can do is get a copy of the CFR parts 210 and 211 and read it . The FDA is here to protect you the consumer . They don't want you to go back to smoking but they want these new smoke inhalation devices to comply with the laws. Only people who are I ignorant to the FDA's purpose would think they were out there to screw the consumer. Read a book follow the federal code which is passed down through legislation and comply or get a 483 or warning letter. And if they need information email me

  • @Muppetsteak Comply with what laws, though? Afaik (aside from in a few states) there's no official legislation setting down standards for nic-vape devices.

  • FUCK THE FUCKING FDA!!! FUCK THEM UP THEIR STUPID ASSES!!!

  • reading the announcement says that they want to negotiate and make sure it's safe for consumption. I have no idea but i would imagine this would be an expensive process, but i don't see why not comply and make do some tests and make sure it is safe. I along with a LOT of vaporers (sp hehehe) would donate to a study i am sure.

  • OMG! F@#$K The FDA! If they can have the sugeon general put warnings on real cigs, what the frick! can't they put warning labels on juice if they are that concerned? I mean come on, we ALL know real analogs kill, but they have a warning label smacked dead on the side of each pack, so why not just put warning labels on the juice? What do you think Grimm?

  • Grimm, sent you a video response.

  • that sucks so does the FD f@#$n A. i just started vaping last thursday and i love it.

i haven't smoked a cigarette since sunday. oh btw i bought some orange extract from the grocery store and added it to my regular juice and it's awesome. =) try it.

  • It sounds to me like they are running scared at this point... I think we need to continue to support the vendors as best we can and show the F-ing FDA that we aren't going to let them sentence us to death for the love of the almighty dollar. We all need to fight as hard as we can to protect our rights!!!!

  • The big US tobacco industry is controlling the FDA! The FDA approves all sorts of real drugs that have numerous BAD side effects, but they want to go after E Cigs that really help people to stop smoking - without ANY bad side effects! The US Cigarette industry wants to keep there hold on the smoking market and continue to kill people with already proven dangerous products! Money and control is what this all boils down too! FDA and Government BS!!!!!

  • its all over, buy up all the juice you can, stock up on everything

  • Nice video man. This is bullshit. If they can't get us one way there damn sure gonna try to strike another way. You're right, This will not stand and we all need to make this FDA gibberish bullshit known!

  • WE NEED A MILLION VAPERS MARCH!

  • They will have to take me PV,from my COLD DEAD HANDS!!!!. fda stands for Fucking-Dumb-Asses!!! IM READY TO FIGHT!

  • i advocate voting from the rooftops lol

  • im appaled right now, like seriously! how can it be questionable? and im not suprised that they want us to go back to tobacco cuz our government gets a fukload of income on that industry! for fucks sake! have they no souls? lets do something man!!!! i really think we should all get together and do a civil protest rally! not a crazy one cuz we dont want to be seen as crazies they might think its a 'side effect'!

  • Is it just me? I seem to take this as a change of stance in the FDA. They are actively looking to invite companies to the table. I like this letter, maybe I'm missing something????? They only sent the letter to those companies making smoking cessation claims. To me this means they know they can't regulate companies that don't make those claims, I have no issue with this.

  • Oops, beg & borrow**

  • FUK!!!

Do we have time to order extra eliq & batteries? Please let me know, I'll beg, and borrow to get a stash going.

YUP GOV WANTS THEIR HUUUUGGGE CUT, period!!!

I have 19 unopened packs of cigs I'm seriously ready to whip at their faces!

    X-smoker since 4/13/2010

  • fuck the fda. the american government is nothing but a pain in the fucking ass. im probably gonna get shot at for saying that too, since they're probably watching me type this right now....o.O

  • Keep the comments coming everyone, sorry i can't reply to everyone individually, basically it comes down to YES we NEEEED regulation in PV's , there is no way around it. If the FDA were even willing to work with vendors on this it would be a different story. Keep fighting the good fight , and keep on VAPING!

  • @GrimmGreen hey grimm

why the fuck deos smoking ecigs have to be such a hard thing

i dont get whats rong with our gov

    its damn anoying

    im completely switched form tabbacco

do they want us to get cancer and shit?

well if these get banned idk what to do because

ive tried givn up smokn and cant

    ecigs ftw!

    and fuck you fda

  • @GrimmGreen I propose a march on the FDA HEAD QUARTERS come on people !!! I loved to smoke. The only way we can truly be heard is to have a mass public legal protest. make signs that have packs of popular cigarette companies but with the FDA logo on it. lets fight fire with fire it is the only way to get heard

  • Hey Nick what do you think about organizing a petition to give those FDA pricks a taste of their own medicine??

  • This is a prime example of the problems with regulation. Small companies won't be able to afford to jump through all the hoops.

Ironically regulation like this is meant to protect the "little guy" from big business. Instead it ensures there will only be big businesses.

I suggest vendors go an extra mile in labeling their products conservatively. "Safe" and "Safer" are likely true, but not actually proven.

  • i know what im going to do, import a bunch of shit from china disguised in air conditioning drums then sell them on street corners.

  • This is just absurd big tobacco bs, has nothing to do with our health. 25 yr smoker here and nothing else worked but these do, and im 6months free of tobacco and in no way would i go back. I cant even think straight im so pissed

  • Thanks for bringing this to my attention.

"Yet all five companies claim without FDA review of relevant evidence that the products help users quit smoking cigarettes." ... I'm evidence enough right here and I don't need an FDA sticker of approval to prove anything to me.

As always great videos, keep up the good work Grimm.

  • wussap BigGrimmW?

  • @crippledbazooka lulz......when it comes to the FDA, i think alot of us have a little BigJimW deep inside

  • @BlessedMeWithHisFire And there is nothing wrong with a little BigJimW inside all of us. ;) We need to be fired up. This shit by the FDA is unacceptable.

  • This news is about as ridiculous as the gooseneck ;) Sorry for the joke, but thanks for posting this Grimm...

  • This is big tobacco . let me put it to you this way big tobacco losses money when we buy e-ni 's and e-liquid so im shure they have plenty of ppl watching out for there nut . like big oil buying up are the pantents for more fuel eff. stuff cars ext... Its been going on for years nothing new but i dont like it but like you said we need the money to do the testing and we still dont know if that is going to get the FDA off our Backs !!! PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW

  • @Josborne024 Yep, from what I understand, the kind of testing that the FDA requires would cost millions of dollars and take years and years before they would approve it. Essentially putting everyone out of business. I wouldn't mind if they just taxed the damn things, sure it would mean a slightly higher price for the us, but at least the Government would get their cut, which clearly, they need every dollar at this point

  • @r2c6k Your right its all about money i bet they get more money from big tobacco than they would ever get from taxes on e-ni

  • It is absolutely absurd that the FDA wants to ban e-cigs for being unsafe. This makes no sense because if any of their claims were based in fact, then they should establish guidelines for safe electronic cigarette and nic juice production then enforce these. DrPwnStar is correct, people are capable of making their own juices and e-cigs and once they are outlawed this will be all the consumer has and it's then that they will really be at risk to consume unsafe nic juices or whatever the FDA fears

  • They're losing Tax Payer money for people who wont give in to bullshit cigarette taxes.

  • hope you can answer this on this page what companies are being attack i think they could use any help they can get right now

  • There is nothing they can do to stop us. It's not very hard to make an electronic cigarette. Recently, I met a man who did just that. If ecigs were ever actually banned, they would not be gone. I am very sorry that the big tobacco companies have pressured the FDA to do this because you know that's probably what it is. I will laugh so hard when marijuana is legalized and electronic cigarettes are banned. It really doesn't bother me, I'm used to being told I'm a criminal by the government.

  • Idk anyone that has shopped around knows that there is unsubstantiated claims, and POS vaporizers out there. I would like to see who the FDA singled out.

  • They mention a few carcinogens and toxins found in a small sample of ejuices, what about the thousands of poisonous toxins and carcinogens found in EVERY TOBACCO CIGARETTE?!?! I agree though on one thing, i want my ejuice to come from sanitary laboratory settings, not from someones grubby basement. Regulate the age, regulate the manufacturing processes, but please DONT keep adults from choosing a healthier alternative. Fucking prohibition never works.

  • @chino112582 I'm with you, there should be a controlled environment, and to do it any other way is a bit irresponsible. Cigarettes are far worse, but of course they have control b/c they have the money. It's quite aggravating to say the least.

  • Where are the guidelines for proper "manufacturing practices"?

  • @Godusesamac Have you had a chance to read the WSJ article yet?

"cited Johnson Creek Enterprises, which markets Smoke Juice, a liquid solution used to refill depleted cartridges in e-cigarettes, for deficiencies in its manufacturing processes and cited E-Cig Technology for using tadalafil, an erectile dysfunction drug, and rimonabant, a weight loss drug that's not approved for use in the U.S., in some of its products."

  • @r2c6k erectile dysfunction! Thanks for the info.

  • Let's be honest, the ingredients found the Johnson's creek liquids are a bit alarming and ultimately help to strengthen the FDA's case. Either way, this is all terrible news!

  • I'm at a loss here. The FDA is all about health right? But the article is basically saying that they want those who vape to return to analog cigarettes. I agree with you completely that is BS.

  • amen grimm, it's all about the money. America has become a joke and everyday it seems we lose more and more of our freedom. The way I see it, it's our body and we should have a right to choose. Hell if your gonna ban ecigs beacuse of "health issues" you should ban cigs altogether. Fuck the FDA!

  • @emrotica Freedom..LOL..what freedom. Within a few years it will cost us to breathe air (carbon tax, ect.). Freedom is only a myth. The US is far from a "free" country. You have to get permits and license for just about anything you can think of (fishing, hunting, build a shed in you own yard!). The Fed Gov is a complete joke to say the least!

  • @tpboles I STRONGLY AGREE!

  • Yeah everyone has to fight those fuckers. Im from the Uk and Im sure this will carry over here soon or later. VAPE ON.

  • I knew those fucking cunts would not let go ! fuck them in their dumb ass !But then raging comments wont fix the problem will they. gotta do something

  • The FDA changed it stand from ban to regulate. So there is a win here. But I do have to agree with the FDA on this one. If the supplier doesn't and can't prove to have the proper "manufacturing practices" then I feel they shouldn't be distributing cig related supplies. Its best for the general public's health safety. // Companies issued letters : E-CigaretteDirect LLC, Ruyan America Inc., Gamucci America (Smokey Bayou Inc.), E-Cig Technology Inc. and Johnson’s Creek Enterprises LLC.
