@forthefallen666 Why the fuck did we give Peppers the most guaranteed money ever!!!!!!!! It makes no sense to me!
I understand the Bears are trying to show we pissed off Bears fans that they are trying to win again but we could of got Peppers for a lot less money leaving us with more money to get other players!!!
There was no bidding war for this bum! WTF did we give him so much damn money!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think fox is still trying to do what he did in 2003-2004 with jake, and, lets face it, jake isnt very good any more and we got the potential to be leading rushing team in the nfl and we arent running the ball as much as we should
Ive actaully been a panthers fan since they announced the team in 94. so yea i am. and he is the quiet leader of our defense that is trying to work out some serious issues right now. He is one of the most gifted athletes in the NFL right now and he is putting up good numbers. if we did not have peppers this year we would not have any shot at a winning season. He is easily one of the top three players on the panthers, and top 10 if not 5 best players in franchise history
well that's longer than i have been but i had a diffrent team long ago and he's not a leader, beason, davis now those are leaders and if peppers is a leader why did he want out of carolina then hmmmmm.... and i belive your just another panthers fan that sticks up 4 this guy and he's done man i'm a panthers fan who knows better cuz i've already had this experince with my other team and panthers fan don't have really have any knowledge of real football cuz their still to young.
THIS IS ALSO FOR U PMAN772, he's gone after this season and that's fine with me cuz i think charles johnson could do better, and were probly not gonna get to a good winning season .500 like an 8-8 we need a losing season so we can trade him and get a 1st round pick and get a franchise QB like tim tebow not this joke in delhomme he's also finished were gonna head 4 rebuilding phase just watch and fox is gone after this year 2 just wait and see it's 4 tha better though.
i was a packer fan before a panther fan, so i definatly know about real football. and the reason why he wanted out was because he believed he could do better in a 3-4. i disagree with him completly. and i am not debatting that he is or isnt gunna leave after this season. its just that he is top 5 pass rusher in the league and has been since he was drafted. and tim tebow is not a franchise quarter back. amazing athlete, but not an nfl quarter back.
and carolina is not going to go through a rebuilding phase because they have soo many young stars right now. they are going to trade for a quarter back or pick up a free agent. joey galloway would do wonders for carolina the rest of this season and we have one of the best o lines in the league. and does Smash and Dash mean anything to you. they might not be a 12-4 team anytime soon, but a playoff contender every year. 1 achillies heel injury away from top 3 teams in NFC
total agreement bro about double trouble thier awsome but how long do you think they and the rest of the team are gonna put up with this we need 2 get a young guy i notice we always go 4 the free agent QB's like pette, buerlien, delhomme but we never had the "franchise" QB only once and it was collins we need a young kid look the falcons got 1, ravens got 1 but not us yea we do have a great o line but where does that get us if we don't have a leader (the QB) cuz his good days have come and gone.
hopefully the game sunday made you eat your words. peppers does want to switch b/c he is a great player and wants a super bowl ring. ive been watching julius play football for ten years. he is the opposite of garbage. julius is someone we do not want to lose, although we probably will. his '08 stats and his last three games have been superb. he is one of the best DE in the league. we really dont need a good QB anyways, our running game just pounded against the #1 rush defense in the NFL
god......... panthers fan don't know what's good 4 them cuzz their to young we still need YOUNG QB our running game is awsome but how long till other teams start keying off on them then that leaves delhomme 2 throw a bunch a pics so it speaks 4 itself but yea i said peppers is garbage cuz i don't want him 2 leave our team and the panthers organzation has treated him well and he still wants out that's why i said my comment (angry) .
the thing about our run game is they cant key in on it. we have the best running pair in the league. if the best rush defense cant stop us, nobody can. i agree we do need a bit of passing game, but the way we played AZ worked just fine. pound the rush and pass every now and again. i think jake completed 7/9 passes. thats right were he needs to be b/c the more passes he throws, the higher chance of a pick. and when jake throws 1 pick, he cant do good for the rest of the game
yea total agreement with u but i still think we are total readable check it out .. if u get delhomme 2 have a bad day he can't stop which then pisses smith off cuz he's not gettn the ball then the oppent knows whats the last thing we got oh our running game shut that down then get the defense 2 fall apart and the oppent walks away with a win as a panthers fan i think foxy is still living back in 2003.
it is possible to win with absolutely no passing. not easy but doable. i do think we need a good qb. or jake could just turn his '06-'07 mode on. he used to be so good. who knows what happened. all i know is if jake doesnt turn the ball over, our offense can easily walk away with a good game. and of course our d is solid w/ peppers, beason, marshall, gamble and the rest of our great defense. i think even with delhomme bringin us down, we can turn this season around and get at least a wild card
actually we do have room in the salary cap and he still might sign with us, although it changes from a probably to a probably not every day. you never know.
actually they cant sign him because he hasent signed the franchise tag yet.and if u dont sign the franchise tag then you cant negotiate with any team.
I hope this beast comes to my Patriots. Think about it........the Pats could trade their 1st rounder and a low 2nd rounder (there's not a player in the draft they could get with the 23rd pick in the 1st round that they cant get with the 34th pick in the 2nd round-and much cheaper). With Brady coming back, the Pats offense wil be putting up plenty of points, forcing their opponents to throw the ball more, which means Adalius and Peppers get to TEE OFF. Peppers is a freak of nature.........
I think New England is that proverbial AFC team that Peppers refers to wanting to play for. Although they run a base 3-4, NE has the talent to easily slide into a base 4-3 at any time during a game. With Peppers standing up as an OLB, he could approach the line at any moment and put his hand in the dirt, which would cause chaos for a center issuing blocking assignments.
The only question remaining is NE willing to part with either their 23rd or 34th pick to get him? And can he drop in coverage
Yea I'm psyched! He can play DE or DT in a 4-3, as well as DE or OLB in a 3-4. With the Pats being very deep at defensive line, there should be any number of ways for Belichick to utilize Pepper's unique skill-set to take advantage of that.
The Pats could very easily transition between 3-4 and 4-3 looks prior to the snap! If the team can land a good free-safety in the draft... then this Defense could be very, very good!
Personally, I think Meriweather seems better suited taking over Rodney's role playing closer to the line as a strong safety. He seems to do well at run defending and blitzing the QB more-so then he does at playing center-field. I would like to see us draft a true ball-hawk of a free-safety and allow Meriweather to play the strong-safety position.
ok well then take James Sanders he's been doing well over the past few years he is about 26 or 27 so he can play Free Safety which after Harrison went down as you said Meriweather moved and Sanders went to Free Saftey
I love Sanders. I think he's been a consistent player for our secondary and a good "safety valve". I was glad when we re-signed him. But I would love nothing more then to have an Ed Reed or Troy Polamalu type of player to stand 20-30 yards from the line-of-scrimage in that "center-field" position. I have no idea if such a player exists in this years draft... but I can only hope BB wont repeat his last draft error, when in 02 he took Daniel Graham over Ed Reed... damn that still hurts...
In all fairness, it was that guy, whatever his name is, who threw graham those passes that won us those championships. Brady could make ANY receiver look good (Reche Caldwell, David Givens anyone?). Granted Graham is better then Watson... but c'mon, who isn't better then a guy with freak speed and no hands?
Ed Reed is simply the best free-safety in the game today, and one of the best FS of all time. He is Belichicks favorite player not in a Pats uniform by far.
it looks like the best defensive player in carolina history wants out.its a huge shame.but when he retires and goes to the HOF he will be remmeber mostly for being a carolina panther.i want him to stay.but my second option will be to trade him to the KC chiefs for tony gonzalez.i think we need a TE like him.but peppers will be cant be replaced.
ive heard that the raiders are planning to releas derrick burgess and willing to pay big money for julius peppers...i hope that raiders sign him the raiders need him
Raiders might need him but I don't believe peppers will be "willing" to go there unless a couple more superstars come to that team. Right now they need to work out that quarterback "situation" before anything. I can see Peppers going to a already stacked team.
peppers want out on his team he will refuse to sign with the panthers if they put a franchise tag on him 7 years is enough for him he wants out because of there defensive coodinator he wants to play with the team that always play the 3 4 defense
Yeah I understand that but what I was trying to illustrate was the fact that I HIGHLY doubt peppers will go to a team like the lowly raiders.
But yes your right when you throw the defensive schemes in that he wants to play it's teams more like the Patriots that use that set, if you see where i'm going with this.
Sign-O-The Times?: Just as UNC-CHARLOTTE teams use the gold-prospecting 49ers" nickname, the Carolina PANTHERS began life as an expansion team in 1995 in the geographically incorrect NFC West division, which had traditionally been owned by its new instant rival, the San Francisco 49ers. Julius Peppers' 2002 rookie season coincided with NFL realignment which saw the Panthers placed in the new and more appropriate NFC South division. Similarly, in MLB, the Atlanta Braves were NL West until 1994
Could there be a secretly coded call to alternative coupling in the Panthers beginning life in the in the same division as the San Francisco 49ers? Consider that San Francisco is considered a gay capital AND the documentary "101 Rent Boys" by director Fenton BAILEY. In the video, rent boy #90 is a muscled-up, leather-clad dude looking like something out of the San Francisco S & M scene. Director BAILEY, like Peppers' hometown of BAILEY, NC. Rent boy #90 like Peppers' #90 Panthers jersey number.
I went to school with JP. He owes me two autographed footballs. I was the on selling the Peach Bowl tickets before the team was even selected...I helped get them into the Peach Bowl and never played a game...a true fan, one inbued with enthusiasm and ambition---can also direct the path of a team...JP if you out there...and you come across this cryptic note...you might remember me as "Dwight." I was there during the summer and fall of 2001.
Then don't look, you retard. Their ain't no one holdin a gun to your head making you watch. And if they are, maybe they should pull the trigger and put you out of our misery.
lol...we'll see how the mediocre at best quarterback returns after Tommy John surgery...he did show hes got a little magic though in 03' or 04' i think
Peppers and Freeney are the best DE's in the league. They were both hurt early in the season. But they'll both come back just as strong as ever next year
They play different positions though... it's different being a linebacker, linebackers get straight in sometimes, a DE has to fight a guard to get to the quarterback.
urlacher is a linbacker which is different from a DE you get more tackles as a linbacker but more sacks as a DE, they are similar but not the same..urlacher gets more attention b cuz he plays for a better team
mlb is hard to play. mlb is usually the leader u need to know defense well to play that. easiest positions are like rlb and safety. peppers is a big disappointment this year. hes not the best tho.
ru dumb? do u even play football? it is the easiest positon. all you do is drop back a coulpe yards or you blitz and contain middle of field. its easier than getting past a 6'7 320 pound guy. ur fucking dumb. he basically is the best de
alright look at all the best ds in the nfl. ravens have who ray lewis mlb. bears have who? brian urlacher mlb steelers have who? james farriors mlb. jaguars have who? mike peterson. patriots have who? tedy. a mlb has to cover rb and tes and somtimes wr. thats hard cuz of size and speed issues. blitzing as a mlb and pressuring the qb with a de is the same. its easier with a de cuz they weight more than mlb. ur fucking dumb i do play football. i play rb not even the best de reggie white is dumbass
lol yup ur definitely right bout dat yo. yo wut team u play 4 if u really play in da nfl. im in college right now but im workin hard hopin to live my dream
Just saw the preview to "Perfect Effort" about De La Salle's 12 year winning streak. It looks like a pretty inspirational movie. Search for it on youtube or it's website perfecteffort (dot) com
Derrick Who? Another dumb ass that just looks at stats. Can derrick burgess drop back in coverage and man up on Tight Ends? Nope. Can he run RBs from behind I don't think soooooo.
fuck derrick burgess, he didnt take his team to the superbowl, he doesnt average double digit sacks, so wake the fuck up dude, and stop hanging on derrick burgess ball you fucking homo
if your talking about peppers then it wasn't roids. they were dietary supplements his nutritionist gave him his rookie year. if your talkin about merriman, then yes it was roids.
yeah Peppers is great and everything... hes never consistent though.. Hell have 5 sacks in like 3 games and than you wont here is name... Unlike me the only time i didnt get sacks cuz i was suspended...LOL
Peppers is consistent. He ALWAYS APPLIES PRESSURE! Being a defensive end is not just about sacks....pressure is important. He can run down practically anybody...I bet he runs down Shawne Merriman's steroid injected fat ass any day son.
Like you guys did anything in the playoffs anyways. When the Panthers make the playoffs they do something...as in go to the NFC Championship (at least) each time.
How is it humanly possible to get this shitty quality on pictures that you copied and pasted from Google Images? Do you try to make crappy videos? Because if you do, you've done an excellent job!
Wow... another comment from you. I'm really flattered and all that you have taken time out of what is probably a very busy day and left another comment for me...yeah, nevermind. You're probably one of those people that just sit around their computers all day and watch videos... on the comment on the other video, you did say something about you've seen 100,000 videos on ONE "topic"... yeah, you should probably get a life. And hey, where is your videos if you're such a professional?
Thanks! I understand where your hatred is coming from... being a Dolphin's fan and all. I would probably commit suicide if I was a Dolphin's fan. Thanks for the comment though!

Patriots fans, imagine this DEFENSE! Linebackers - Adalius Thomas, Jerod Mayo, JULIUS PEPPERS, and possibly Bruschi thrown in there.
Defensive line - Richard Seymour, Vince Wilfork, Ty warren, and either Jarvis Green, or Mike Wright.
Cornerback - Leigh Bodden, Shawn Springs, Ellis Hobbs, and or terrence wheatley or jonathan wilhite.
Safety - james sanders, and Brandon merriweather, maybe even Rodney if he comes back for one more year. then of course the always dominating offense.

Peppers and Freeney are the best DE's in the league. They were both hurt early in the season. But they'll both come back just as strong as ever next year
coloques08 3 years ago
no urlacher played great this year tahts why. when peppers was da shit he was getting more attenion. peppers will kick more ass next year =0

skippost 4 years ago
you trippin, julius peppers got skills dont get me wrong, but brian urlacher got peppers beat by far
rbrooks09 4 years ago
They play different positions though... it's different being a linebacker, linebackers get straight in sometimes, a DE has to fight a guard to get to the quarterback.
Snoopfly 4 years ago
peppers=the real deal
urlacher=overrated
lightsabre5511 4 years ago
urlacher is a linbacker which is different from a DE you get more tackles as a linbacker but more sacks as a DE, they are similar but not the same..urlacher gets more attention b cuz he plays for a better team
hotfuzz23 4 years ago
MLB is the easiest position to play in football.
pimpmaster348 4 years ago
why are u comparing a de and a lb?
simplyplaid 4 years ago
i'm not, i'm comparing their impact on defense, urlacher is part of a talented defense, peppers IS the talented defense
lightsabre5511 4 years ago
MLB is the easiest position to play in football ask any coach who really knows football.
pimpmaster348 4 years ago
mlb is hard to play. mlb is usually the leader u need to know defense well to play that. easiest positions are like rlb and safety. peppers is a big disappointment this year. hes not the best tho.
TheAForeigner 4 years ago
ru dumb? do u even play football? it is the easiest positon. all you do is drop back a coulpe yards or you blitz and contain middle of field. its easier than getting past a 6'7 320 pound guy. ur fucking dumb. he basically is the best de
loanshark9 3 years ago
alright look at all the best ds in the nfl. ravens have who ray lewis mlb. bears have who? brian urlacher mlb steelers have who? james farriors mlb. jaguars have who? mike peterson. patriots have who? tedy. a mlb has to cover rb and tes and somtimes wr. thats hard cuz of size and speed issues. blitzing as a mlb and pressuring the qb with a de is the same. its easier with a de cuz they weight more than mlb. ur fucking dumb i do play football. i play rb not even the best de reggie white is dumbass
TheAForeigner 3 years ago
That would depend on your skill set, and your scheme.
therealarkhitect 3 years ago
Easiest position to play would be FS. I play in the NFL, I know
coloques08 3 years ago
lol yup ur definitely right bout dat yo. yo wut team u play 4 if u really play in da nfl. im in college right now but im workin hard hopin to live my dream
bigchente 3 years ago
by far is a horrible choice of words, both are extremely atheltic, but you cant compare them if they play different positions.

he doesnt rush all the time, a lot of the times he is in pass coverage because of his speed. if you rush him everytime he will get atleast 16 sacks

FrankieTattak 4 years ago

if your talking about peppers then it wasn't roids. they were dietary supplements his nutritionist gave him his rookie year. if your talkin about merriman, then yes it was roids.

yeah Peppers is great and everything... hes never consistent though.. Hell have 5 sacks in like 3 games and than you wont here is name... Unlike me the only time i didnt get sacks cuz i was suspended...LOL
shawnemerriman56 4 years ago
Peppers is consistent. He ALWAYS APPLIES PRESSURE! Being a defensive end is not just about sacks....pressure is important. He can run down practically anybody...I bet he runs down Shawne Merriman's steroid injected fat ass any day son.

GHicks2 4 years ago
well mate I'm the ;ast person to agree with a phins fan but the quality is pretty bad but I like peppers so its a 2/5
JagFanStevie 4 years ago
How is it humanly possible to get this shitty quality on pictures that you copied and pasted from Google Images? Do you try to make crappy videos? Because if you do, you've done an excellent job!
10miamidolphins10 4 years ago
Wow... another comment from you.
