Paula, wtf? I love her, she's sweet, but sometimes its awkward watching her trying to piece together advice. When Simon is in a bad mood, he gets irritated with Paula, then his comments come out doubly harsh for the contestant. Randy, of course, finally at 2:04 says something of substance that the kid could take with him. Simon is my favorite, but he annoys the HELL out of me when he picks on her! He acts like a little baby, so annoying.
