Of course it's fake. Two things to look for in videos, that indicate 'fake holograms': First, the image extends beyond the apparent screen. Real holograms only seem to be 3D when viewed at an angle where the screen is behind the image. And second in this case, the Apple patent for 3D, awarded last year was based on projecting the image on a rough surface and using the camera to sort out which part of the image goes to which eye... it is NOT for a 'floating in space' type image.
