If we want to get literal about the situation and consider who has title to the land, then the natives of Palestine in 1948 had title to the land they had lived on for generations.
Just like the Natives of America, 12 million of whom were killed by the settlers, had God-given title to the land they were born on.

and before you start babbling on about al-aqsa - jerusalem is not mentioned in the quran even once. 'al-aqsa' simply means 'the furthest', the only reason they installed 'al-aqsa' in jerusalem (on top of the jewish temple) is to try and wipe out jewish history.

When Germany lost the war, approx. 11 million ethnic Germans (who had nothing to do with Hiter) were expelled from Hungary, Russia, Poland etc.where they had lived alongside the others from centuries.
The German population absorbed these refugees and accommodated them.
Do you see any child (!) of a refugee from Poland at the Polish border, yelling 'death to Poland' or other nonsense.
Smart people get a life wherever they can.
