I'm from germany and told Muslims about the cruel sides of Islam and they didn't belive me. So I have to say I appreciate if preachers like Naik tell about.

Explenation is very simple: people are craving for a reason and a promise for paradise.

Islam was created In the 7th century and lead to the union of arabs; it is as much religious as it is political and made to control people- or even better: to make them control themself as servants of "allah".

The Sunnah tells much about this.

i was too impressed with Zakir Naik earlier. he is just twist & create his own meaning to attract the people. there are lot of scientific errors in quron....regardless it has been created 1400 years back...

Awesome video man, initially i was very impressed with zakir naik, but later realised he is just like any other fanatic, but he comes in different package speaking english and quoting points from other religions.. But for question he doesnt know answer he make shit of it, putting things out of context.

Good work. But I advice you not to waste your valuable time to watch mad peoples videos. Zakir Naik is an ignorant person inspite of reading books. There are great religions in the world like Taoism, Zen, Buddism and modern thinkers like J Krishnamurti, Osho, Carl Sagan and Stephan Hawking. This Zakir Naik better go to Pakistan.

but the fact that the quoran mentions the universe is rather new, is a fallacy. No scientist could agree on that. For the big bang theory we have all sorts of evidence, like microwave radiation, and doppler shifts and so on. For the Quoran, we only have the word of a devout muslim who is very faithful to his religion, which is of course an admirable thing. No hard feelings, Islam is a very good religion, but it's only the extremissts who give it a bad name

the facts that you mention in the quoran, have already been established long before in religions such as Hinduism and Jainism. If you look through the records, both these religions speak about the expansion of the universe, emanating from a point source, and they have accurately predicted the age of the universe, as well as decuded that the sun will swallow the earth, science agrees :)
