1) The car doesn't run on water, but electricity is used to use electrolysis on water, splitting it into hydrogen and oxygen. HHO, hydroxy, call it whatever.
2) HHO takes more energy to generate than it gives back.
3) The amount of HHO produced is absolutely puny compared to how much energy in gasoline is used.
