@Ikhwan4713 The difference is HSPA+ and LTE. Both are marketed as being "4G". HSPA+ is NOT actual 4G, but it's a lot faster than 3G (hence why it's marketed as 4G). LTE is 4G.

This was the third inspire i had gotten that had problems, so instead of just getting the same phone again, I wanted to try a new phone. Since I had insurance on my inspires, instead of paying full price for a new phone, I convinced AT&T to extend my contract by just 6 more months, and give me an early upgrade, instead of paying for two more years on a new contract.
