Why wasting so many money in this kind of projects and not inviting REAL third age people and ask for them opinions? Lots of pensionate do not konw what to do with their time and would be very interested in such adventures... Think about it!

It depends on what country you are. People think different in different countries and this can be a nice solution. ;)
