  • Aajonus is great ! His research (regarding nutrition and healing) exposed in his book ,, We Want To Live "(2005) changed my life forever ! Now I am perfectly healthy ! Greetings from Romania ! Dear Madam ! You are gorgeous and I am sure you are very healthy ! (Aajous este magnific ! Cercetările sale (privind nutriţia şi tratamentul bolilor) expuse în cartea sa ,,Vrem să trăim " (2005) mi-au schimbat viaţa pentru totdeauna ! Acum sînt perfect sănătos ! Salutări din România ! )

  • This is realy very true. Thank you. This reminds me on how to regain my good health again. Such a big help. God bless.

  • Raw beef or calf liver is MAGIC! It's collards that I could never do uncooked.

  • I don't mean to not be classy, but YOWZA! Fine looking woman right there.

  • Raw meat, dont think so , raw dairy is good for you though.

  • the books on the table !!!!!!! só sei isso em ingles

  • would you like my raw sausage?

  • I've been eating mostly raw for the past 3 months. Meatless is not for me. I consume most of my raw meat in sushi or sashimi. I have carpaccio once in a while. You don't need to eat a lot of meat to get the benefits. My diet still consists mostly of fruits and vegetables, some nuts and beans.

  • I'm a raw foodist but I also "supplement" my diet whit raw dairy and organic eggs. I keep in mind that humans are opportunistic feeders. Even chimps eat meat.

  • A load of crap. A balanced diet has always been the answer...cooked and un-cooked

The evolution of man has been hand in hand with cooking food. We have smaller molars compared to all other primates because we cook our food, in other words we don't have to chew for longer because we cook food. Carrots release more nutrients when cooked and digested, compared to raw. Our ability to digest meat and gain more nutrients from it means larger brains, less time hunting and the development of humans

  • bonkable babe

  • I wish the guy holding the camera would stop interrupting and talk less, so we could listen to what she has to say..

  • meat ?//of what ? animal ? noooooooo

  • Not sure about raw meat. Eating meat is disgusting IMO, anyway.

The important thing is that she has an amazing chest.

Sorry to bring it down to the basics, but it had to be said. :)

  • this chick has a nice rack

  • @soundtap from that raw beef and dairy.

  • raw beef? I didn't know this was safe.

  • No mention of vitamin D. ohh well she just figered out that the body needs real protien. after being a vegan. the earth is 20% darker in less then 10 years... why?

    inform yourself on vitamin D.

  • em protien can be gotten out of advocado bee pollen buckwheat qiunao

  • Thank you, vincc3

  • why didnt see rich protien and fats from vegetables

  • Cheese???!?!?

WTF DAIRY IS ONE OF THE WORSTH FOOD THERE IS.

We are the only Animal that Drink Milk PAST the infancy.

    +

We are the only Animals THAT CONSUMME DAIRY FROM ANOTHER ANIMAL

BEEF IS BETTER THAN DAIRY, I can understand eating Meat, BUT Dairy hell no.

  • what about eating raw ovolacto (raw veggies, dairy, beans, lentils, nuts, fruits ) but drinking alcohol once every week, is that good?

  • hahahah thats exactly what i do.

  • this is crap. honestly

  • D: WOAH

  • For all you haters down there:

Humans are historically and biologically omnivores. No paleontologist disagrees with this.

Hands are for making and using tools, which why our canines shrank... we stopped needing them to hunt.

Eating vegan is not as sustainable as eating local, and never can be.

We lived in abundance before monocrop agriculture. Herding and hunter-gatherer people (maasai, mongolians) still live in that abundance to some extent.

Google "Forget shorter showers" by D. Jensen

  • Even our cousins the chimps hunt, (with spears no less). Great videos of this on youtube, if you look.

Veganism is not a panacea... not even close. It's such a small step that it's primarily a feel-good, self-righteous action.

200 species disappear a day just to keep this civilization afloat. We aren't eating them.

Your abstinence from one sector of the united agribusiness (grains/meat/soy are not in competition...they are allies) is not helping those species, or any of the other problems.

  • we first lived in abundance eating fruits and herbs.

Daniel thrived on vegetables and water.

even when we started to eat meats, some meats such as pork and shellfish and catfish were always unclean.

  • She stresses that she had a very strict discipline of eating raw vegan food but eat pizza and ice cream - Was this often ?

Cos they are very much not vegan or raw And as has been mentioned already saturated fats are available to raw vegans and spirulina has much more protein in than cheese - just some seemingly logical thoughts of mine .

  • What a betrayal of all the animals this woman doesn't even mention considering are affected by her 'new' lifestyle choice. There is nothing more lacking in sustainability than the production of beef. And grassfed beef are for elites only! There is NO need for ANY animal products in the diet if you have access to a varied range of plant-based foods...and raw is NOT NECESSARY! This woman has been brainwashed and so is anyone who believes her 'solution' to her ailments is necessary!

  • more to the point... cooking food is unnecessary. raw food is the natural state. adulteration (cooking) is unnecessary.

  • she has some nice juggs I'd like to see her brown star

  • LOL

  • you need fish! DHA for your brain!

  • Man of what? Just think about it: Wasn't that long ago, relatively, that we lived in abundance. Since then elites have cultivated scarcity by damning rivers & using scorched earth resource extraction methods that outstripped recovery rates of like forests & fishes. Our hands are shaped more for picking fruits, greens, nuts etc & it's unlikely then that we chased down cute furry animals, ripped them apart & ate their flesh. That's categorically horror movie ridiculous, just like this vid.

  • One farmer says to me, "You cannot live on vegetable food soley, for it furnishes nothing to make muscle and bones with, ' and so he religiously devotes a part of his day to suppling his system with the flesh and raw materials of animal; Talking all the while he walks behind his oxen which, with vegetable-made muscle and bones, jerk him and his lumbering plow long in spite of every obstacle."

  • He's not exactly right just as much as we're not exactly oxen. :P

  • @thedoginthefog Humans are the only animals that are capable of washing all the bugs off their food. Cattle don't just eat grass, they eat whatever is in the grass; bugs, lizards, whatever. There's a video on Youtube of a cow eating a baby chicken. It just got in its way, and it gobbled it up. The video is called "Cow eating chicken ". See for yourself.

  • I had a taste of sushi once and loved it. I was wondering how raw meat-eaters prepare the meat to avoid any parasitic risk. Do you have to freeze it before consumption? Thanks.

  • There is practically zero risk if the meat is from an organically raised, grass fed animal. The only meat you have to be leery of is from predators (i.e. bear meat), but most especially the organs of carnivores.

Fish can be a bit iffy also, but if it's cold water, wild caught it should be OK. Also many sushi grade fish has been frozen before it's sold, which is supposed to kill any parasites.

  • I've been eating like she is saying (WeWant2Live) for nearly 4 years now.

I was also raw vegan for a year, and prior to that vegetarian for 4 years.

I also practice a lot of relaxation/meditation and qigong and it helps with that.

I don't agree with some of what Aajonus says about not needing to exercise... at least he said that in my workshops with him. It is critical that the body gets exercise and Not Too much sex. This is basic qigong health knowledge that if he avoids will destroy him.

  • Without knowing exactly what she was eating, quality and quantity wise, as a raw vegan, it is impossible to know why she failed as a vegan. I am a cooked vegan and don't experience any cravings for meat, milk, or eggs. What works for some won't necessarily work for others, I guess.

  • I know. They don't mention what she ate before. I''m pretty sure she was lacking in something other than saturated fat. Calcium, B12, iron, could be anything. Many people fail because they don't eat enough leafy greens,a main source of iron and calcium. It can be hard to get enough calories. But the whole idea of her body releasing old toxins that cause cravings, I'm not buying that at all. I think some "gurus" are ego trippin. It's too bad she didn't get the advice she needed to keep going.

  • shes hot and raw

  • also if ur going to eat raw stuff, make sure its organic. eating raw liver and drinking the blood is actually healthy for bone/teeth development.

  • raw milk is a lot lot lot healther then pasturized milk, dont even drink pasturized milk, not even if its organic, its a waste of money.

  • Why do some people talk about diets as if they're religions? Get a life.

  • Because some people pray to god to get their health back, and in response they realize that our nutrition is one of the biggest keys in regaining and maintaining our health. Thus they search for a diet that will allow them to feel normal again. Just as spiritual is the support for the psyche, nutrition is the support for the body.

  • she's really hot i honestly don't care how she got there, it's working for her. i wouldn't recommend eating anything meat or dairy raw. i like sushi but i can't dig raw beef. i know some people who have eaten raw beef and other proteins but i'm only down with sushi and nothing else.

  • sushi has raw meat, as you know. I will be enjoying sashimi as I pursue this high raw diet.

  • Good god that woman has an amazing body...jeez i would give it to her raw.

  • You can get all the saturated fat you need from young coconuts, & you can get all the other good fat you need from hemp oil, raw chocolate beans, & avocado. Also, hemp nuts have all the amino acids you need. Your body breaks down protein into amino acids. Hemp nut is a complete protein food. Hemp nuts are so potent & digestable that you should eat them sparingly or you might build up uric acid and crystals in your joints which is called gout.

  • Been eating a lot of young coconuts lately, you will notice that in some of my latest videos.

  • I wouldn't title this video 'andrea "teaches" raw food'. this woman has no idea what she's talking about.

but go ahead keep eating raw meat... just don't promote this sick diet. Also you are NOT a raw foodist, and most definately not a vegetarian.

  • Some one is not a raw foodist if they eat raw meat?

  • i didnt continue to eat raw eggs though becuase im so scared of getting somanelia or getting sick in some way.

  • man i believe this becuase we used to do this before fire right haha. but its like well spread that it can get you sick so i dont understand. I have tried raw eggs and it made me feel very strange in a good way, like i could see really good, its hard to explain but its like i could see more pixal details. I like the idiea of raw fish but i think here in america our meats not good becuase of what the animals are fed plus sil depleasion. so i dont know i hope to figure it all out

  • Hey can you please do a segment on where to buy, How the fish should be raised, and how to tell if the fish is healthy for consumption? I am scared of eating raw fish because of mercury, parasites, etc... Please tell me the best places to safely purchase fish. Thanks!

  • I like bugs

    and books

  • eat coconut oil and avocado will give you plenty of healthy saturated fat for your body, don't eat meat.

  • Ex-lax fish

  • can raw fish produce a thiamin deficiency ?

  • But how does a person lose weight on such foods? I gave up raw cheese 1 month ago and have lost ten pounds... I'd love to eat raw tuna, salmon, beef, butter, cheese if I could find the moral cosmic-dictum, weight-loss ways to do so but how on almost no-thyroid (Hashimotos Disease) is eating RAW CHEESE feasible? Is anyone going to respond to this?? Aajonas? Or maybe my cravings are wrong and I should go back to BREAD??

  • Ok, yeah, maybe cut out the raw cheese. Listen to your body.

  • You look healthy. Raw makes sense w/any food.

What protein levels were you striving for or what protein levels did you determine were deficient for you?

It seems you never broke the galanin/casomorphin/fat, etc "incessent cravings" of a detox.

Cheese is concentrated protein beyond human breast milk- for babies requiring proportionately more protein while developing at the fastest rate.

You realize the only mention of foods in your "strict vegetarian diet" were ice cream & pizza?

  • Do you love your dog?

  • My dog is awesome.

A lot of truth resides in the survivalist kingdom intgo which dogs reside.

  • i like to eat raw pussy

  • The raw milk, meat, eggs and wild edible plants with some fruit is working for me. Yes I had energy problems after 18 months raw vegan. My teeth now are great too after rampant decay when I was raw vegan.

  • is this his wife???

  • Sorry for posting again, but someone mentioned parasites with raw meat. I suppose you don't understand that parasites thrive on dead food. Also, in Pottenger's cats 10 year study he found that the cooked meat cats had parasites and vermin abundantly and the raw meat cats had absolutely none.

  • What about worms in fish? For example swordfish? What about parasites in pork? If you don't cook pork all the way you will have parasites in it. I am vegan personally so I don't care but I wanna to post this. Correct me if I am wrong please.

    K

  • dont buy crappy meat.

  • Ok I will try not to buy crapy meat...lol

  • buy the best you can. I agree.

  • parasites can be healthy. They consume the putrid food in our gut.

  • Thank you for the video! It helps to see these types of things. I have personally been a vegan and ate raw vegan, nearly died after my first child and prayed for help and was led to the Weston A. Price research. I applied what I understood which included raw milk and had incredible healing but it had limits. And then I feel God keeps leading me to eat raw meat. I felt led to 3 people who eat raw meat and the study called Pottenger's Cats. Thank you for this confirmation!

  • In Japan, they often allow mercury levels in fish to exceed fifteen times the USA legal limit. Pregnant women consume these fish raw all the time and have no problems whatsoever. If you are not planning on cooking your fish, any and all, mercury warnings can simply be ignored.

  • Why do you believe that mercury in raw fish isn't toxic?

  • Aajonus recommends all varieties of fresh (unfrozen) ocean-caught wild fish, including swordfish, which has the highest mercury content. When fish are cooked, the mercury and other metallic minerals become free-radicals and toxic.

  • I just ate a New York All natural, hormone free steak raw with avocado and broccoli. Yummy.

  • i have rib eye steaks raw

  • she's got a great Chest

  • raw avocados, raw cacao butter, and raw coconut oil are not packed with saturated fats. they are the best fats for your body. pizza and donughts are saturated fat.

  • Thanks RawGirl, you are right on!!!!!

  • Raw coconut oil is like 92% sat fat but sat fat isnt bad for you its trans fat which are artifically created which kills people.

  • Actually, your body doesn't have receptors for raw fats/ cholesterol. We only have receptors for oxidized fats and cholesterol. That basically means you can eat allt he raw fat and cholesterol yuo want and you won't have 'clogged arteries.' This is because raw fats/cholesterol don't stick to your arteries, damaging them, like oxidzed fats/cholesterol do. Just more proof that shows we were made to eat raw food.

  • What about tape worm?

  • Don't think I have had a problem with that yet.

  • She is right... Every traditional society treasured animal fats and organ meats. Liver was common. Look up weston price and read about his studies on traditional peoples. It is amazing how relevant it is to this.

  • Amen. Andrea is into Price and told me about him and his work.

  • She should have eaten: raw avocados, raw cacao butter, raw coconut oil. PACKED with saturated fats.

  • You forgot raw milk! and raw butter is a super food!! And stay away from fish, there is too much mercury! Cod liver oil, high vitamin, will give you everything you need from fish! Grass fed beef meat and liver is a must for almost every human being on this world.

  • Stay away from Fish? I know you shouldn't eat farmed fish, Wild is good. Also I heard fish has mercury too, but then how is it that the Japanese live long with their primarily fish and vegetables diet?

I also heard that fish with scales and fin are the ones that are safe to eat, since their bodies cleanse out the toxins they absorb. I could be wrong or right, you tell me.

  • Dr. Mercola has a lot of good info on this. The problem with almost all fish, wild and farmed (except for a few pristine locations) is that mercury accumulates in the protein portion of fish, so taking a quality, true high vitamin cod liver oil is not dangerous. As for the japanese, the biggest supplement in Japan is yaeyama chlorella, which pulls heavy metals like mercury, lead, and cadmium out of the body. Check out mercola dot com for more info on this and other topics.

  • I see... Thanks.

  • yea this makes sense according to dr robert young, the advisor tony robins uses. i know some vegitarians, and they are suffering from engergy probs.

  • If you find a rattlesnake, make sure you skin it before you eat it. Even armadillos, cats or squirrels. You shouldn't waste anything but some things are just unedible.

  • A good colon cleanse doesn't hurt once in awhile. Gets the Taco Bell and Burger King out.

  • Yep, I am doing a little cleansing today!!

  • I ate a raw squirrel the other day, I don't feel any better. I hope to find an armadillo tommorrow or a cat.

  • Meow!!!!!!!

  • God I hope you're joking.

  • I ate a raw rattle snake the other day, when I got close to the head, it was very bitter and I gagged. I still don't feel any better and I've been losing weight since the snake.

  • a fully vegetarian or vegan diet isn't the optimum diet for anybody but if your metabolic type is protein or mixed, you're in big trouble.

  • interesting most interesting, considering that raw meat is not a species specific food for man. Also how can people eat only animal products for extended periods of time and not get seriously ill with things like scurvy vitamin C deficiency or gout? Does the primal diet include plant foods or did Andrea's diet really only consist of raw beef for two years? And also I noticed she did carry quite a bit of chubby body fat on her

  • She eats fresh fruits and vegetables daily.

  • I worked on a golf course with a guy who could work for 8 hrs at a high level. I mean moving rocks, digging, raking by hand. Every day he would play basketball at 3-5pm. He was 38. He came home every night and cooked a steak. That's it for dinner.

  • Yes, Andrea teaches that high quality raw meat provides a tremendous amount of energy for the human body.

  • Had 8 oz of raw filet mignon for lunch today. Tasted great and I feel great. Drinking some raw milk right now before bed. I am grateful to Andrea for opening my eyes to this incredible source of health and vitality.

  • What's the difference in a cooked fillet mignon and a raw one in nutritional value?

  • Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine had a campaign -- "Cancer: It's What's for Dinner". A 1990 Harvard University study published in the New England Journal of Medicine linked regular meat consumption with a three- fold increase in colon cancer risk and a higher risk of cancer overall. Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer- related deaths in the United States for both men and women.

  • those studies are done on cooked meat consumption. It's a differant story if the meat is raw and comes from healthy and happy drug free grass fed cows!

  • It applies to meat in general. Look up the study, or did you want me to quote it here? Brent, this is your Alma Mater saying meat is unhealthy.

  • I visited a slaughterhouse when I was growing up in Springfield, Illinois. This slaughterhouse worker took a ballpeen hammer and started beating this cow's brains out. He smashed its eyes and teeth in. He and others then hoisted it on a meat hook and dissected it while it was still alive. It was bleeding and screaming. The cow was very concious of the fact that it's skin was being stripped off its body. Are you willing to kill that animal yourself and take the spiritual responsibility?

  • thats barbaric and I do not support treatment of animals like that it is horrible how animals are treated but I think a much more humane and kind way is possible without causing much pain or trauma

  • AR2012 - that employee should've been jailed.

I raise organic meat sheep. Each fall I slaughter a couple feeder lambs after letting them clean up all the excess apples and pears in my orchard. It is a humane kill-I do it myself. Not easy for me -I've hand raised this livestock so I make darn sure they don't uneccessarily suffer. These are meat animals whose purpose is to feed humans - this is healthy, clean meat. Rare fire-seared lamb from my farm is incomparable.

  • Hi Hunt1803. I respect that you have the guts most men on here don't do in slaughtering these animals. These large corporate ranchers don't use the same humane techniques you use. Have you ever visited a slaughterhouse of a large commercial rancher?

  • AR2012-I have farm roots - my grandparents and one uncle ran small farms - the other uncle worked in a small town slaughterhouse. All in Nebraska and Oklahoma. We were taught at an early age to respect the land and the animals, because they were our sustenance. My uncle always stressed that the animals had to be treated well. The trouble is that corporate agribusiness has run the small farmers and ranchers out of business.

  • Frankly, I have no desire to visit a large slaughterhouse - just driving past the enormous feedlots that now exist turn my stomach - I hate to imagine what the slaughterhouse looks like. I get angry at livestock auction houses when they disrespect the animals, or when I see animals that have obviously been mistreated or mishandled. Its just not right.

  • Can you imagine sinking your teeth into a slaughtered animal who had been kicked in the face?... dragged by the neck with trackers until their bones break, stabbed with knives in the rump, shocked with electrodes, beaten about the head with metal hammers? You're ingesting growth hormones, pesticides, adrenaline flowing through their bodies knowing the imminent torture. You're eating the worst aspects of human behavior on an animal. I don't believe in this raw meat cult.

  • Most folks posting here have pointed out that when they ingest raw meat, it is organic, and obtained locally from farmers and sources they trust. I don't trust store bought food, meat or vegetable. My freezer is full of my own high quality organically raised lamb and chicken, plus organic pork and beef raised by friends. And some wild caught halibut and salmon. If forced, I could eat any of it cold and raw without conscience problems or health worries.

  • I hope so. I think you're the exception rather than the rule in North America. Make sure you get an annual physical to make sure your vitals are normal. Good luck on that.

  • :) Thx for your concern!

BP 108>66, resting heart rate 55. Great cholesterol ratio. Somewhat 'beefy' but I'm good for 52. Just need to take care of the workaholic thing.

  • thnakyou that is a very valuable perspective may you prosper and your animals friends remain happy and respected!

    Thankyou!

  • hunt, that sounds delicious! Hope I can visit you folks sometime and share some great food!

  • Would be glad to have you! I guaranty that you've never tasted better lamb. Let me know next time you're in the area and we'll pull a couple extra chops out of the freezer!

  • Cattle ranching is a major cause of rainforest destruction in Central and South America. Ranchers slash and burn rainforests to grow grass pasture for cattle. Once the cattle have grazed sufficiently, they are slaughtered and exported to industrialized countries, including the United States, to be made into fast food hamburgers and frozen meat products. It has been estimated that for every quarter pound hamburger made from rainforest cattle, fifty-five square feet of rainforest was cleared.

  • Buy from small, local ranchers.

  • Thanks for the video man very valuable we need more investigation and discussion of this! I eat raw meat and it kicks ass.

  • Yep!!! High quality, grass fed raw meat is awesome!! I am very grateful to Andrea for teaching me about it.

  • Andrea, have your ice cream and eat it too. 1 pint organic pastures raw cream, 1 cup organic pastures raw milk, 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp vanilla (or to taste), 3/4 cup sugar equivalent of choice (agave, honey, etc.). Then throw it all in an ice cream machine. It's very good.

  • That sounds fantastic!

  • To be complete you have to also start to walk naked and live in the woods.

  • I never said that one can not eat raw meats . I said if meat is not fresh it could be very dangerous and sometimes deadly .

  • you're right! you have to make sure it is always fresh and organic and you'll be fine. i cook my steak for about 5 sec on each side just to be safe though

  • raw meat can give your body some nice parasites

  • my stomach has shrunk since I started eating it. hmmmm.

  • Raw meat is just fine and is like any other food. If you eat low quality meat that is raw. then maybe. But if you eat high quality meat, it's fine. Thousands of people eat like this all around the world.

  • I have been eating raw meat since i was 3... nearly 23 years later, and Im still alive n kicking. ;-)

  • Awesome!!! Thanks for sharing that. I always feel better and more focused after eating high quality raw meat. Always!

  • I havent always eaten the best meat, as my grandmother would often buy commercial. Even so, ground burger, pork, chicken, etc... never had any noticible adverse effects. As an adult, and am able to decide on meat sources on my own, I try to only buy from local farmers. This summer were going to raise a few of our own angus and get a boer herd going. =)

  • I will tell you one trick . Standing up with legs spread slightly place whatever you are about to consume by your solar plexus holding it with both hands . Close your eyes then ask your body : " Is it good for me ? " Relax and listen up for answer. If you lean backwards then the answer is no , if forward, then yes .

    Good luck .

  • I have to agree with her because if I will try to eat raw meat I will get really sick :) Because I have pictures of disease in my mind (parasites and bacteria )I'm starting to have a headache just thinking of it :)

  • I spoke to her and she said that this is " faith based " diet . Your beliefs that it will help you heals you , not raw meat itself. It has great effect on endocrine system. You can believe that a glass of water will heal you and imagine it and it will be done . She is atheist by he way :)

  • You can believe eating raw meat will make you sick and imagine it and it will be done :-)...OR...you can accept that humans evolved over millions of years eating raw meat and join the growing population of truly healthy and happy individuals. You should google the acronym rvaf (raw vegetable and animal food) diet and learn a little more about this before you deprive yourself of what could be one of the best decisions you will ever make. Take care!

  • Soory to correct you, but humans have only eaten meat for the last ten thousand years or so. We r NOT carniviorous. Sorry, but we just aren't. If you believe your eating raw meat is doing you good, fine. But it's not natural. The optimum diet for human health is Raw Vegan. Loads of fruit(80%), green leafy(5%), some veg (5%) and a modeate portion of nuts/seeds/sprouted hummous legumes (10%)

  • I 2nd that ZenStudent

  • I used to believe that. But, I have modified my views after experimenting with raw milk and raw grass fed beef and buffalo.

  • I don't want to debate you but i know someone who does. his user name is "FoodDudeTV" he's been looking for someone to have a intelligent and scientific debate on vegetarian vs. conventional diet. He's not a pompous ass or anything like that he's pretty open minded. why not debate him it should be interesting and helpful.

  • Better than a debate... We could have a race, play chess, scrabble, bench press, and be tested in many areas and see who rules. The knowledge I share is uncommon. The results proceed from the experimentation.

  • sorry, i was directing that at zenstudent, not you. i agree with you on alot of things nutritionally. based on an open mind and, like you said, results. actually, you would probably like the channel i was referring to though. although the name of it is actually "undergroundwellness" alot of good knowledge dropping there

  • I have a friend who went on such a diet - and today, 6 or 8 mnths later, she looks like a shredded piece of bacon, sorry mate, but it's true.

  • zenstudent37, a friend of mine went on such a vegan diet around 6 - 8 months ago and today she looks like a shredded piece of bacon.

    sorry mate, but it's true

She looks very unhealthy and horribly thin.

  • Actually, eating raw meat can help prevent cancer because the enzyme trypsin is prsent and the meat is fully digested. When you cook meat, your body has to make enzymes to digest the meat, which can put a strain on the pancreas. Your body only has a limited supply of the enzymes. Then this is where it gets into a cancer tumor and the protein coating having a negative response, along with the immune system, so the cancer tumor is not digested, etc. She is dead wrong.

  • I'm just physician of natural medicine , but I have a lady friend who has 3 doctorate degrees from prestigious European University .One in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases ,one in microbiology and one philosophy .

  • Sushi is different , they use enormous amounts of salt on each side of salmon fillet , wrap it up and store it in the fridge for a couple of days . Salt will eliminate most of the parasites . But Beef has a lot of blood .Parasites thrive on it . Use Organic Coconut oil for saturated fats .You do not need raw meat for it . Eat raw salmon .If you decide to eat raw beef , make sure it is freshly killed and washed very well of blood .

  • If you are worried about blood, buy kosher meat. You can buy grass fed thin sliced, organic steak and soak it in sea salt and lemon juice-which will kill any bad bacteria and also adds taste. Ass long as it's high quality meat, even the "bad" bacteria will make your immune system stronger. Raw meat being bad for you is a myth though. Just like raw milk. Just by high quality meat. Thats how we ate thousands of years ago.

  • I have been eating grass fed beef for some time, but haven't been up to trying it raw, yet. After watching this video, I am more interested and will probably even take a chance. Who knows, maybe I will even like it?!! I love sushi, especially tuna, but isn't it pretty high in Mercury these days?

  • Stupidgirl816 Eat deep water fish , Atlantic Salmon is best for Sushi . Wildly caught deep water fish has almost no mercury in it .

  • Wildly caught deep water fish has no or low levels of mercury in it .Wild Salmon has lowest levels .

  • The principal benefits we get from meat are protein and the minerals zinc and iron, all of which you will get from cooked meat without any of the risk that could come from consuming raw meat . And one could potentially die from it ,parasites and bacteria are not very friendly to human body .I'm not saying you can not eat it , but it can be dangerous .
