Your city was not developed enough for the sky or roads to change. Also, the administration building is a university administration building (it is an education venue). I think I heard you say "tinted mill" when it is "Tilted Mill" but that is no big deal. Lastly, the vinyard is a workplace, not a venue.

Not that I've really seen, it's mostly just placing the places, in the new updates they are making things slightly different as far as workers and salaries, for instance if someone shows up late to work they stay till they get there time in. Money is simple in this game, just place another business and it grows over night.

I've been building a romantic city for awhile, and not only has the music changed(and the sims' accent) but the roads have changed to cobblestone as well...just wanted to add that tidbit

Yep, the city and it's people start changing the more you add to the theme.

do the roads have to be straight or can u make bends?

can u make thiner roads?

in simcity4 u get a hugh map, then build every square. is it the same in simcity5, can u link citys?

do u have to use waterlines and such?

(my god computer dosent work so have not ben able to install simcity5, derfore the questions)

by the way...

the bronx in new york used to be the high class place, so the architecture is high class.

The roads cannot be bent or made smaller, and city's cannot be linked.

They completely took the water lines out, to where you don't even have to build any utilities, not even power.

Wait, are you using unlimited funds, or freeplay. Because unlimited funds, you still need to play to unlock buildings like normal mode, plus you still need to balance the societal values. So you're probably playing freeplay. Just nitpicking here. :P

o yay i have to ask why do the roads stay flat as it goes up a hill but the buildings get leveled with the hill. and lol u talked about the bobby box for Doctor Who fans like me. What does it say as its description?

It's possible, but you have to build a bunch of extra stuff, for instance, a romantic city may require something that the authoritarian city may not want.
