I really like your list, it's very varied and not too biased in favour of certain genres / eras. If I could add a couple, among the oldies that are legendary and should have been included : Gone With the Wind, Lawrence of Arabia, Dr Zhivago. And also, The Mission has an amazing soundtrack. Yay for the Disney soundtracks, although I would place The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast higher than the Lion King.
