This has nothing to do with climate change you assholes, it's just rare. Every once in a while, even farther south, you will see snow in may! Sometimes even June!!!
Climate Change, is that what they call it now..your title is correct, but not Politically Correct..it is Bullshit. Climate is naturally self correcting regardless of human input, or, "output".
This isn't normal weather, it's a result of climate change, (not "Global Warming"),
And why bring politics into everything? Do you shout at the weather forecaster on the T.V. and call him a socialist too?
We should be erring on the side of caution to take steps to try to stop climate change, because if we say it's not happening, and then we find out we're wrong, then we'll be screwed, won't we? And so will our grandchildren and they'll wonder why we didn't do anything about it.
Hey, you've got a carbon tax up there, don't you? How much did that add to your heating bill?
Gotta be hell having longer winters during a cooling trend for the globe and having to pay more tax on already higher heating costs. Ah, the joys of Socialist Warming. You won't be alone for long, Shepherd Obama's got his flock behind him here in the US, and they'll no doubt do the same here.
It'll no doubt take an ice age to cool the socialist's latest hysteria.
Heads up we're not socialist up here our current gov't is compared to Republicans. We only have socialized medicine and we only have that because of Tommy Douglas (after a baby died in the mothers arms because of no health coverage of the flu). Tommy Douglas was Premier of Saskatchewan and the grandfather of the star of the hit series "24" (bit of trivia for yah)...
I have to admit, I don't keep up with Canadian politics, but yeah, it's the socialized medicine that I associate with Canada. I'm libertarian, so I think government should stay out of most aspects of life, certainly more so than now, on both sides of the border.
We didn't get much snow here in the southern Apps, so I'm actually a little jealous. Summer's almost here though, so enjoy it while it lasts.
Well here in Sarnia Ontario it has been sort of cool but nice green grass now...sunny, typical May 24 weekend. We had rain Fri and Sat....never fails!!
WOW,,,, not a good site to see,, i feel for you OPG, glad i dont see that out my window,,here nothing but green grass, sunshine, and clear blue skies,, sorry,,
Don't worry I'm sending this stuff to a special bragging relative of mine in Regina who says "Na na na it's 26 here"...I hope he's got his garden in..lol
I feel sorry for the campers that loaded up the RV's and all the toys and took off to the various campgrounds. I saw some of them returning today and no one was smiling...
