Well according to all the other female characters their breasts represent their land mass, this includes genderbends. If this includes genderbends then Russia would have the biggest D, followed by Canada in the canon. Where with Genderbends Ukraine would have the biggest D, followed by... I think either Belarus(SCARY THOUGHT!) or Hungary.
