I think Yngwie has more feel than most shredders out there. I don't have the biggest guitar virtuoso repertoire - but Malmsteen is definitely up there for me as my initial influence. He plays his style as well as anyone possible can - even if it's a bit old, it's still good. But in the spirit praise; praise be to Vai - the supreme guitar god of our time.

when people say yngwie has no feeling at least make it clear what you define as "having feel" if its making weird faces and playing extremely slow then yes yngwie plays with no "feeling" now if you look at the real definition of playing with feeling its playing with your heart and being able to execute what you hear in your head seamlessly. If yngwie didn't play with feeling he would never be at the level he's at.

@MrYngwie88 no not really, trust me i love yngwie, he was/ is my main influence, but marty has such a unique style, and jason can play nything ex: black stallion jam, jasin street, river of longing reprise, electric prayer for peace, dwellar in the cellar, angel eyes and the clean solo from raspberry jams, the list goes on and on, their basis may have started as yngwie, but they eventually went to more genres.....and jason did it by 19.
