So this is a youtube (public) video advertising a Zappos (private) video training library. I guess I am supposed to be impressed by the forward-looking nature of the company.

Up to my watching this video, I had a very positive impression of Zappos. Now, I guess they seem arrogant and a wee bit cultish. "Don't you see, you are holding back the company by not becoming more indoctrinated by PIPELINE."

If you want them to watch the pipeline stuff, tell them to do it and be done.

I was surprised a little by all the serious faces, it just looked a bit somber. Pipeline sounds amazing though, and a great initiative.
