Um, to the comments below me: The title of the video refers to this being the 9th clip out of the 11 provided by the uploader. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11. This movie was made in 1999.

Notice how the first time he comes out of the portal the camera shows the WTCs. The portal is a very important reference to the huge ritual of 9/11 and the opening of a portal.
