Hey Bella here. A good exercise would be swimming if you can or just dancing. Dance dance revolution is what I use. I can't tell you any recipes because I myself also don't eat well. haha.

Dude im sorry to hear about the condition. The only exercise i do i skipping :D its realllly good for you good cardiovascular work and maby try tai chi and meditation for the stress it reallly does work.
My suggestion...eat more vegies (not fried)and exercise in moderation. Find something that you can do everyday that will also relieve a lot of the stress issues as well. Walking is a great way to start. Mainly, talk to your doctor, taht is the safest way to get started.
Sorry to hear about the health issues but on the positive side...you found out early and can actually do something about it that will result in a long healthy life, maybe healthier than if you had just skimmed by, ignoring the problems.

instead of trying exercise AND relaxation technique why not do both at the same time, the same thing... try qigong - its a mediatating martial art that keeps you moving and relaxes you, truely is awesome...
as for the hair loss, dont get attached to it - my uncle lost his hair about the same age, before hand he looked like a pillock - now he looks like renetto (Y)

SMIV, I would challenge you to run. I need to get back on the treadmill, but running has always been a way to get my mind off of things. You can take it easy (one mile one day) and then challenge yourself another (one and a half miles or two).
I know most people don't like to run, but it really is invigorating, stress-free and healthy.

I am not a nurse nor a doctor but I agree with a previous poster that angina at 22 seems rather unlikely (especially taking into account that you DO seem rather active, or do you just buy those sport trophies at a second hand store? ;-)). I am not sure what you would be overly stressed about either (seems like you have a comfortable pad, no kids or wife to drive you crazy ;-)). I think you should seek a second opinion and get appropriate tests done, doctors make mistakes as well. Wish you well!!

His assessment was a comparison what i did do and what I do now and for the past 6 years I havent been doing any sort of exercise, my diet has got worse and my debt has come along. Plenty of people have angina, just because it's rare to have it young doesn't rule it out. I'm due in hospital next week and they're gonna put me on some "life saver plan" as they call it, nice ay!
