Instead of stranding up tho the military industrial complex, or at least being honest about it with the American people, Obama embraces it. He was the first to suggest bombing Pakistan. We can track any missle so what? We have zero capability to shoot down a ballistic missle, the only tests that produced results were rigged by the military with tracking devices for the kinetic systems to home on. Unless you destroy it in the boost phase a ballistic missle it can't be stopped. Decoy warheads are cheap and can be deployed by the hundreds. 30 minutes launch to anywhere on the planet, a single MIRV missle with 10 warheads and 100 decoys, what you gonna do now? A waste of money.
