i think there's a stereotype against vegetarians and vegans: that they are hypies, scrawny tree huggers or are weaklings. I'm 19, a black male and have been vegetarian since last May. I still eat eggs and fish as my other source of protein so that i'm not completely at a disadvantage. I've never felt better and I also haven't been sick like everyone else since I've started. I feel stronger and more energetic too. This stereotype needs to be broken.
eggs from chickens never hatch, so they don't bare life. I understand that now that I've learned that recently. But if you eat fish, you are NOT a vegan nor a vegetarian, human. Also, vegans don't eat meat, honey, milk, eggs and such supplied by other animals. You are completely wrong, human...
i don't want in this tense battle, but overall anything that contains 9 amino acids or are proteins makes you not a vegan. Eggs is part of the poultry section. That's still contains 9 amino acids. So, there you're not a vegan if you eat it. Vegans means that you'll never eat meat, but you still rely on protein pills to build strengthen your skeletal structure. That's still vitas coming from meat. So, if you have any of those sources ingested in you; you're not vegan.
o btw most of the stuff we eat has life. So, spinal if your claim that eggs don't bare life, you're actually wrong even though it may or may not be fertilize. All cells have life regardless. That's why there's a different between blood cells out of the body and inside. Vegetables had life so, your claiming that you didn't eat life that's wrong. No offence btw. Another example is jellyfish. No brain and still living, etc. That goes for sperm too.

Geez, there's too much stereotypes that "vegs are unhealthy" That's such a sad stereotype. I've been living days where I just eat fruit. Or just very limited veg food, and I feel rather free and unbloated.
Avoid allowing the discouragement getting to you, that'll trigger ailments. Down with the status quo. =)

I'm not trying to criticise but to me vegetarians always look pale and unhealthy. I realise the damage meat can cause especially know days but there must be some sort of healthy balance. You could eat fish at least
Awesome. Been a vegetarian for years now and never felt better. I raise animals on my farm that will live here just to be not to be used. Nothing has filled my spirit more than that fact. It's a gift to know what that means.
