Mark Henry is not a fighter he is a Pro Wrestler and a former Power Lifter. He's never trained in a Contact Sport, never fought in one. He wouldn't last in MMA in my opinion for these 3 reasons.
1. He's too slow
2. He would be so heavy and slow he wouldn't really be able strike effective enough to beat someone like Alistar Overeem
3. He's not a Fighter which means he's more likely to be beaten by people in UFC who are trained to Fight not to Entertain. He would probably end up like Bob Sapp.
He's bulky, actually more so than on tv. He is prob. About 50lbs more than the weight limit- but about a week before every fight he lives of tricking water and gets weighed @like 245 and then gains it all back the night before the fight. And not only that, but he has very limited skill. He uses his size more than skill, which doesnt show he's a good fighter, but rather a huge guy with a penis tattoo on his chest.
1 - Fighting skill does not "depend" on the martial art. Each has its own strengths and weaknesses but it is the individual and how they use the art that determines how good a fighter they are.
2 - Pro wrestlers are not fighters. They are entertainers. I'm sure many of them are indeed very tough and some are also into martial arts, but their job is not fighting and they don't think / try to be the toughest people out there. Stop being stupid.
@PsOnePerfection I wouldn't say its totally fake, I mean some of the things in wwe would be near impossible to fake. I would bet that most, if not all fighting is real, just because they are punching, doesn't mean that they are hitting their hardest.

@fenderman441 Karate like anything else can teach you how to do something but being able to do it in a combat situation with another person is something else.the first UFC proved that Karate sucked as a fighting style by itself as did sumo or wrestling or boxing. an average build guy won with BJJ in an open weight tournament and that proved what was best in a REAL fight. now they all train to do everything well because being one dimensional gets your ass beat.

Just like BJJ, Muay Thai, Karate etc. A single style is not very effective. If wrestling is combined with Muay Thai & BJJ then it is extremely effective. @hydroflame210 WWE was trying to sign Sting...they had just signed Booker T/Nash. The original promo was created to build up Sting vs. Taker WM28 but since he didnt sign they gave it to Taker..and then TNA creative copied it to make ppl watch TNA, which was a smart idea imo.
