I refer you to Leviticus 20:13 and find myself wondering, if Mr Haggard is guilty of the actions with which he has been charged (sex with a man) and if his followers are devout followers of the word of the Lord, how come the prescribed sentence (being stoned to death) hasn't been carried out?

After all, Leviticus tells us that his (Haggard's) own blood shall be upon him i.e. not on the hands of those carrying out the sentence.
