Yes there is a 2.00 charge at the ATM UNLESS money is being withdrawn from the ATM at Walmart then its free of charge. i never had any bad experience with the reps. And its Visa, its accepted WORLDWIDE.

It is a big rip off and I think only certain people can get the real pre paid card, i did not get my real card, I was stuck to use the temporary card cause of what they said that they could not verified some of my information, I don't know why they even make this bullshit if people who get it don't get there real card to reload it.

@Sillyace92 Well on the temporary card you get directly from Walmart you cannot reload on that. you would have to put your 60 dollars on the card from the cashier upon purchasing the card. then you activate it by phone or their website which comes on a sticker on the card. after activation you can use the 60 dollars until the card is empty then you can dispose of it. Shred it first to be safe though since you wont be getting a permanent debit from greendot, the carrier of the walmart card.
thats not my permanent card so it dont really matter. thats a temporary card. i already got my permanent card so that card that i showed in the video is declined so if anyone does try to hack me, they would fail
