You throw the turkey in the dutch oven, put on the lid and hang it over the fire until done.
It's so easy a dog can do it.

Yummy.
I deep fry ours and it is sooooo good. Never tried it in a dutch oven.

I realize I only eat turkey about once a year. Other than tv dinners. I think I'll stop by Boston Market for some turkey.
