@pkalldayful For a lot of reasons, really! :) One of the biggest applications is live sound. While some mixers include amps that can power speakers, a lot of mixers don't. Speakers need power to amplify the sounds coming out of the mixers! :)
@pezao1982 Hi, the 6000-Watt iNUKE amps have passed all tests and just now have been released for mass production. They should be in the stores by September/October! :)
@knightmayorz Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Consider that a pre-order as the iNUKEs aren't available quite yet.
The specs can be found in the iNUKE brochure, available on the BEHRINGER website. (YouTube won't allow us to link in the comments, I will DM you the link.) Cheers!
@DJomgPLUR Specs are MAX, and yes, the NU6000/NU6000DSP cannot run in bridged mono. Do you have a speaker cabinet that can support 6,000-Watts? I would love to see it, but not move it! ;)
The iNUKES will be available next month if not sooner!
@behringer I have 4 peavey versarray 218 double 18" subwoofers that are rated at $4,800 watts RMS, 9600 peak. I am currently using the EP4000 which is only rated at 2,400 RMS 4,000 peak. Is 3k watts per ch peak or RMS? Do you have a solution to fully power my subs? =)
@DJomgPLUR Hmm... That's one that I'm going to forward to our tech support crew. I will DM you the link since YouTube won't allow us to post the link in a comment here. Cheers! Sounds like a heck of a rig!
One major problem i have with these amps, is that i can not daisy chain one to the next. For instance i have the same signal needing to run from one amp to another amp and so on. This amp does not have that capability.
Hi, I like the product overall a lot but the USB connector would be better on the back of the amp needs front and back USB connectors. Having one on the back would make things neater when the rack is cabled for remote monitoring/ control from FOH position. USB cables connected to the front would look untidy and spoil the look.
wat do u guys recomend... ep2000 or nu3000?
Kilmer1111 3 months ago
@Kilmer1111 Both are great products, can't really go wrong with either.

@TheDJay72 Prices vary by location, but in the US they're between $200 (NU1000) and $400 (NU6000DSP)

Darn, I could have got the NU6000 for around the same price as the EPX3000 I recently bought. I just got owned.

When do the nu6000 come on the market & can they run at 2ohms?
deuceigm 9 months ago
@deuceigm The first shipment of iNUKEs is scheduled to ship in July!
The NU3000 and NU1000 support 2-Ohm operation, the NU6000 does not. Specs for all models are available on our website!
