Not for anything but PETEs simple minded appeal for mindless "look at the purty pictures only" take on comics has been getting old for a while now.

ALL main stream comics are wriiten for the trade. You cant jump in the middle of any story unless its the one note Archie formated Punisher.

Even wolverine and especially XMEN is impossible to jump on for new readers.

GROW UP PETE ! you are like a grown up IMAGE COMIC kid who still buys mulitple copies on an issue.

Agreed, Petes comments get more and more retarded every time. GL and GLC are well written compressed comics and only a moron wouldn't be able to keep up.

Tomasi is doing great stuff on GLC, The Outsiders and The Mighty.

Yeah, think something bad'll happen to Soranik because she's involved with Kyle? If they bring Alex DeWitt in as a Black Lantern like I'm betting on, it'll make for an interesting scene, for sure.

Astonishing tales has been great so far, iron man 2020 was cool.. but didnt the new Warren Worthington look just like Ultimate X-men Angel when hes on Banshee? GL Corps has been great, im with Alex i think Green Lantern is amazing but GL Corps is pushing the story further at the moment, really looking forward to blackest night! That high five was a better pay off than DMZ :P

Alex, that is quite the compliment you threw out! "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey" is one of the best comedies... scratch that, movies ever! I can rewatch that DVD at the drop of a hat!

I recently picked up the two volume set of Evan Dorkin's "Bill & Ted's Most Excellent Adventures" comics... read em if you haven't! The first volume has the comic version of "Bogus Journey" using the original script!
