As a Boomer, I've listened to alot of rock/pop music, both "classic rock" and everything that is currently produced. I still say that "Abbey Road" is the greatest album ever made, not for any great innovation, but for sheer excellence and enjoyment.
With Beatles in mind, I've posted the video, "40 years in 3 minutes" -- a music video containing the Beatles' rooftop performance and historical events all cut tightly to GET BACK and GLASS ONION. Hope you enjoy!
Hey dude, as folks below mention you ARE a good drummer; It's just that your style is too aggressive and forward for this number. Too many too loud cymbols.The song is, after all, Golden SLUMBERS!
As an 'old timer' drummer, I follow your feeling. 40 years ago I accompanied the Beatles' music like that, too. I think you need better cymbals, however. If this is your goal, keep up the good work!
these people who leave smartass responses dont even know what a snare drum is, dont let anyone discourage you.theyre jealous because they cant play a instrument.keep at it mate.

2.12 is awesome.
Nice Drum-Work, but at GS and TheEnd it's a bit different in the Original I think.

@whatdapogue
Actually, Paul only played drums on two songs. They were both on The White Album, Dear Prudence and Back In The U.S.S.R.
KallenElak 1 year ago
@KallenElak Paul played drums on "the ballad of john and yoko" too.
melekmoll 1 year ago
@whatdapogue Ringo was drums. Each of the men played their own solos in it. Bass was paul, rythm guitar was george. Piano was paul or john i think
