I think so, too. The MC should ask 揮文 to allow her finish first, instead of asking her to listen to 揮文. I always like 揮文. SO, this is not personal. I think both 揮文 and the MC should be more courteous. They have the microphone the whole time while the call-in audience only have 30 seconds.
