i have this same one. but when i shine it at a wall there os a big green circle around the dot, it burns like everything but when i shine it far away the dot get huge! you can still see the beem and everything tho. how do i get it so the dot goes back to normal?
I bought one of these, it doesn't burn at all, looks about as bright as a 10mw.. I tried new batteries and tried adjusting the focusing lens, no luck.. I think they're a cheap rip off. I don't have a machine to test output power but can't be anywhere near 200mw. :(
@OhPhilly I've got a 20mW Laser Pointer and recently got hold of one of these 200mW Laser 7-LED torches, and it's certainly more powerful than my 20mW. But looking at other videos on YouTube, I would say these Laser Torches are more like 35 to 50mW perhaps. Mine certainly burns things. And for under £40, most certainly not a cheap rip-off.
@Anthony66701 but the laser is made for 3 x AAA 1.2 or 1.5v batteries... don't you burn the laser with 3 AAA 3.7 volt??? i have the same but i'm afraid to broke it :S
None if unfocused. If you open the battery compartment, look inside the laser to find a big black thing with some glue. Remove the glue and take out the big black thing. Look for the Aixiz module, and when you find it, either replace the focal lens or screw it in until you get to a focal distanceyou like. Then it can burn things (matches, anything dark colored). Have fun!

@ankakaCOM it wont reach the full 200mw if you don't use the right batterys. Best using is the 10440 AAA 3.6V 500mAh Rechargeable Lithium Battery.

What's the farthest it's gone? I'm skeptical about buying such a powerful laser for such a low price. Is it worth it?

Sort of. I have one, great for making light, the beam is visible in the dark and it has a great diffration attachment. But, it doesn't burn!

@M4ST3RL1NKX88 What kind of things can it burn through? Does it sting bare skin, burst baloons or light matches?

@M4ST3RL1NKX88 Are there more detailed instructions anywhere?

@rofflewaffle
No, this is just a ripoff laser. Try something from WickedLasers . com. They used to rip people off, but now they have some GREAT prices.
