I don't like this film. The photography, production and soundtrack are very nice, but the plot sucks, the acting sucks as well. This should have been a long music video.

They were meant to be the Peter Storm Cagoules as mentioned below but the label wouldn't license them for the movie so the producer's wife made them based on the Peter Storm original. There is an Italian company called Terrace Life that produce a close replica, its listed on their site as a "Terrave Rain jacket".
