  • @hp71196 read my previous comments. especially the one sent to ChristyDAndrews 4 months ago. the one that's sitting under the comment category "Uploader Comments"

  • Bari isnt in bass cleft

  • LOVE IT!!!!

  • Also, not sure I noticed your comment about it being written in concert pitch-that will make a difference! ha! I am not aware of any alto sax that plays a low A, only a bari sax...I primarily play alto sax, but have played tenor a little and bari for a semester in college.

  • that's funny, I wasn't trying to be 'lazy' with sax when discussing the range of the music, I was just thinking about the age of person that would want to play this piece and what range they would be comfortable playing in. But then again, maybe, a more experienced player would want to play this too!

  • this is so cool

  • @ChristyDAndrews Like I said in the other comment, the video is shown in concert pitch. in actual pitch, the bari sax is in Treble cleff, and the sax parts really are an octave up. thanks for picking up on that though. :)

  • You should arrange it an octave higher. Saxes don't even play below a low Bb below the staff, and the bari sax should also be in treble cleff. If you write everything up an octave, this should probably solve the problem, and make it easier to play in general. Anything below a low D is harder to play and then use middle C to C above the staff for most sax arranging. Tenor and Bari Sax parts can be written lower than the alto though. Especially bari-keep it low-it's easier to play low on it

  • @ChristyDAndrews Emm , saxophones do play low Bb (bari and lower depending on how Modern goto low A) ... lol ! those ranges you just mentioned , thats lazy and wont really get you far because a lot of solo music is high (Excluding alto , That Is majority an easy range). Bari has a beautiful range if played well , Scales etc sound aweful , but when phrased correctly and with a good tone ! is beautiful ;) Dont get lazy with saxophone ! a challenge is the fun part :D

  • This is awesome!! Can you include a download for the sheet music?

  • @1077mikev I realize that it looks that way in the video. The video is in concert pitch however. :) It's really written as an F# an octave higher. :) Thank you for pointing that out though.

  • at 0:33 the tenor goes to low E which is 3 steps below its range

  • I want sheet music. -Jared K. :P

jk but i would like the final countdown, i dont think it was finished when you showed it to me.
