it's amazing how far football in the state of Oregon has come these past 10-15 years. this year, Oregon is the one of two states to have all of it's BCS teams to be ranked in the top 16. the other being Ohio..which Oregon will beat.
Florida and Texas have the other two...but both of those states have 4 BCS conference teams. either way..to be put in the same sentence as Ohio, Texas and Florida is something to be proud about.

The Beavers may have been better in the first half, but Oregon's secondary picked it up and LaMichael ran all over that OSU D, 3 TD's to Quiz's measly 1. Canfield is easily the better passer, but Masoli is a more complete qb, ran through 2 defenders in the final drive in which they converted 2 4th downs on the beavers D. The Oregon defense shut Canfield out the 4th quarter as well, so dont use the refs as excuses. Only thing better than ending OSU's rose bowl hopes is to do it twice in a row...

I'm not going to make predictions on score, but I think it's going to be a much closer game then it was last year because both rogers are healthy. Beavs are going to be tough no doubt about it. I think that the ducks play insane at home though and that's going to be the difference maker.

I'm not going to make predictions on score, but I think it's going to be a much closer game then it was last year because both rogers are healthy. Beavs are going to be tough no doubt about it. I think that the ducks play insane at home though and that's going to be the difference maker.

All I can say about Thursday is its going to be a damn great game. Both teams are basically healthy and have had the time to be well rested and prepared.
My worry about the game as a Duck fan is that OSU is going to have the intensity of a holy war. The Ducks will be up for the game but not sure if they will play above themselves like I think the Beavers might do.

VOICE OF REASON: This will be an awesome game. Both teams have lethal weapons...the Beavs with Canfield and the Rogers 1-2 punch. Oregon has Massoli and James. Both teams can score fast so I think it will come down on whos defense shows up. If Oregons special teams go to work with big plays early...the Beavers will have a long day. Vice versa...If the Beavs have the big plays early goodbye home crowd. One thing is for certain...the team with the most points at the end of the day will win
