She does have a permanent home right? IN the States, our 4449 doesn't. You Aussies are so lucky to know that your baby will be safe for many more decades!

I think 3801 Limited take care of her now. I know for a fact that she hauls trips up to Robertson in the winter, beyond that, I can't tell you. I've been lucky enough, years ago to have traveled up to Robertson from Thirroul station on a passenger train haul by 3801.

It used to be a regular visitor to Wollongong, steaming through on a Saturday or Sunday. But now it is only run intermittently.

@MatthewN32 Not quite Matt. 3801 is now is the custody of the Rail Transport Museum, where it is currently undergoing a full overhaul, due back some time in 2011. 3801 the loco and 3801 Limited are not the same thing
