ok, apart from the first bit that's pretty simple, i'm not getting the first chord of the second part.. the others seem to be an Am7 and a D7. The third part seems to go like: CMaj7, FMaj7, Dm7, G7sus4/G7.

If someone could try to understand what that first chord of the second part is, we'd have almost everything,
