Dose your screen mirror to the tv if it doesn't? open tv out turn it to (on)click on sky go and select a channel it should mirrior to tv.all u will get when u click on sky go is the sky go sign it will only mirrior when u select a channel
am I missing something ? this video doesn't tell u how to do anything does it ? I've tried the tvout2 but I get nothing from my iPhone accept a sky go image on my tv and the audio of whatever Is playing on my phone

I'm looking to connect my laptop (Dell Inspiron 1545) to the tv im going to buy (either a 37 or 40 inch, I have £300 to spend) do you know what lead I'll need? Will the picture quality for football be good?
@JHowsonUKIP my tv is 47" picture quality is very good all u will need is a vga cable to connect your laptop to your tv make sure the tv u buy has a pc input most tv's now a days. have them standard.
When I download tv out I installed it and that was it I didn't click into the app to configure any thing.u should reinstall it again and just leave alone.It didn't come up full screen when I plug my av cable into me iPad/iPhone but when I play sky go on my device sky sports fits the screen perfect no adjustment needed.
You are a star; it looks the config app is a bit tricky but I guess by trying all the combinations I'll be able to manage something (I've been able to watch iPlayer - gaming mode - but with 4oD and ITV player the image just freeze. Buzz player on the other hand requires Video mode enabled to work).
I'll check SkyGO soon (at the moment I've registered two other devices than my ipad. Do you have any advice on the configuration?
What's exactly the app that you are using to mirror the ipad on your telly? Is it DisplayOut? is it straight forward to install it and use it and does it work with all apps (i.e. iPlayer, 4oD, ITV player, etc)?

The app i downloaded in Cydia is tvout 2.it will mirror any thing that's on your iPad will work for all the players.let me know how u get on.
