  • The clutch in your wheel tube is broken. After a pass, the cleaner will quarter turn to go in a different direction. T2's don't have a diagonal handle because the cleaner turns on it's own. If you ever talked to a technician at an authorized service center, they would ask you to turn your cleaner upside down out of the water and see if one side of your wheel tube would spin separately and then catch with the other side. If it didn't then your clutch is broken. Speaking as a certified tech.

  • es ok. you need to talk to your supplier a bit more. if ypu dont speak english as your first languge thats ok, just take more time. make sure you understand all opperrating procedures before you buy something that your not sure about.

  • I have the same one. The motor died on the Basis version and like a fool I upgraded. It worked great for about 6 months then constantly in the shop. The warranty is for 4 yrs the parts are pro-rated. Now the robot motor is running but stops and starts. Not sure what the problem is. I think I will tak Sufiluo suggestion and try the dolphin. I think you can seel the Aquabot used parts for more than the price of a new dolphin on E-Bay,

  • You seem like a real dick. I hope your shitty robot stays all fucked up.

  • You should try Maytronics dolphin pool cleaners. their products are good as well as their service

  • This was a couple of years ago, did you ever get this fixed!?

  • an aquabot t2 t that is set up right will clean a huge pool in just under 2 hours, if yours is taking 8 then there is something seriously wrong with it

  • The motors nowadays aren't all that expensive, and they could have added a motor to turn the wheel a bit. But the problem is most motors aren't designed for under water usage. So, the simplest thing to do is to have a robot that doesn't go straight line, and step forward 10 steps then step backward 4 steps. Overtime it will cover most of the area. Yet, none of them do that. The Polaris cleans most of the pool in 2 hours, the Aquabot can't even do that in 8.

  • Not the hand I mean the handle.

  • The hand Of the robot leed to be diagonal to the path of the robot. You do that by changing the position of the handle. Check the manual.

  • you have to read the manual to understand how to control the aquabot

  • I own an Aquabot Turbo and, while I do have complaints, your cleaner isn't working at all like it should. It's hardly ever getting up to the top of the tiles, which is important for it to move around the pool. It's timing out in both directions way too early.

  • Jeff, have you read the op manual? You have to remove the screw from each tube near the center - where it spins - to allow the spin / turn ability to increase and you can also use the magnet to change the program to customize the reverse / forward time to increase / decrease for your pool specifically. My Aquabot T2 kick ass as it cleans my 53' freeform in about 45 minutes, though it did take some customization becuase it's freeform. Hope this helps you out.
