Hmm... well you certainly picked the best riffs and such, but maybe if you had edited it smoother, and given more thought to the song structures, you could have actually made it a proper medley that flowed like a song. I'm not trying to critisize you, just a thought.
I managed to make about 17 of the transitions (more than half) seemless, which is the best that I can do without fading them indo each other since I used windows movie maker. I could have fit them together in a better order, but with there are more than 10 to the power of 20 possible permutations to explore. So I just arranged them in order of length from short to long and tried to make sure that riffs from the same song were not right next to each other.

hmmm. I don't know which parts you are refering to.
I think I might have done that from 4:15 to 5:00 when the counts smile comes up and you can hear his bass playing more prominently in both songs.
