Y'know what's funny? At 1:22 you can actually equip other Items, just open the item-menu and use whatever you want. My favorite thing to do is swap to the Stealth Camo, so that when they lift up the Box/Drum, they find nothing inside anyway because I turned invisible just before they lifted it XD

XD Flippin' awesome. Wish I were good enough to get that Face Camo. I can beat The Boss Extreme, but only with the Special items, and usually not within 5 hours.

Although I have done all of those things on an individual basis on every other difficulty. Under 5 hours, 0 kills, 0 alerts, 0 special items, etc., etc., etc.

@Celdrach I've never tried it, but I guess you can try downloading the save on to a jump drive, and then plug the drive into the PS3 and upload the save. Idk, that's how I'm gonna try it.

@zeratul7975 No, that's the effect of big boss face camo. Corpse camo just convinces enemies you're dead if you lay down and play dead. Needless to say, big boss face camo is much harder to get than corpse camo.
