Great video. I went to Kyoto and Osaka in 2010 and visited Kiyomizudera. I drank the water too and even bought one of the cups to keep from the kiosk. That market is called Nishiki I believe and I visited there too. Got to see a lot of different temples including Kinkakuji and got my first taste of Yudofu outside Nanzenji temple. Really a great trip and thinking of going back next year when I hit Japan again for vacation.

@jlandkev Yeah, it was SO CROWDED!! Especially the city buses! I'd be so pissed off if I lived in Kyoto during the fall lol And that samurai dog is sorta famous, I think. I saw him last year when I went to Kiyomizudera, too :) I wonder who his owner is! I've only ever seen him walking around by himself.

Nice trip. You didn't get a shot of the traditional ultraviolet-sterilizer receptacle for the drinking cups. :) I assume they still have that there.
As for a famous river in Kyoto, there are the Kamogawa (鴨川 Duck River) and the Shirakawa (白川 White River).
