They chose a CD with a song that they want to hear, put it in, match it with the track already playing and transition from one track to the next. In the time inbetween, they interact with the crowd.

@wildey212 u make a loop and using the out adjust bring it closer and closer and cut it up and then u get like a glitchy synth distorted noise, then u take master tempo off and move the pitch slider which makes it sound like a cool build up...they were the best cd players going around b4 their newer model, they dont skip if u tip them upside down, i think pioneer would hav robably put in anti skip technology, its kinda been around for a long time

No i agree, wrong track to bring in after a track like Cornelius..

Its like two completely different elements. Doesn't really work. Of course, the top producers/djs can get away with what they like, the crowd still enjoy it, which is all that matters.

But notice the change of feeling in the room, its like an anti-climax. I like to keep the vibe going and bring them down when its appropriate and still in context with whats being played. I don't like to give the crowd a break !
