Announcing intentions to destroy entire neighbourhoods that may or may not contain "terrorists" does not abnegate you of responsibility of not killing civilians. The loss of innocent lives is tragic, but I say to you that not one bomb or missile would have been used in populated areas if hezblabla did not hide there hoping for a large body count to shift world opinion. Over 4000 rockets were fired on Israel and still they resonded with restraint. Any other counrty would have leveled all of Lebanon.
