@SergeantFiasco oh i love rocket, but it's true, it can be quite bitter sometimes. i'm lucky that i have a friend who grows it in his garden, so i always get the really fresh stuff. it doesn't taste bitter then, just quite peppery :)

I make pizza like this sice Onepotchef showed us his recipe. I used to just stretch the dough through the tray and that was it. But now, when I started doing that stuffed crust, I make pizza much more often.

Reef and beef. I semi-copied the pizza capers one at home, with thin cajun steak, garlic prawns, bacon, red onion, little capsicum, cheese and a drizzel of hollandaise. Served with lemon wedges, little rocket and herbs for the girls....boys just pull the green bits off and tuck in, lol

Even though I don't have a grill at home, I love watching and then using my oven and pretty much everything I've tried has produced very similar results.
