I preformed this fix on my other laptop which had the same problems and it worked. If your graphics card is just really shit this will only half help you, but it does help nonetheless. Thanks man, you helped me out a lot.

It fixed my water but my fog of war still messed up. I also tried disabling waterbump but still no pickle. IM using an i5 intel chip but iunno if ill be able to get this to work

This only fixes the water glitch for me. Any suggestions? I've tried compatibility run as admin, and all my drivers are up to date.

@Oca15 odd, this should have fixed it(it did for me). ok make sure you have the latest patch if you do need it you might need to redo the fix after you install the patch

@yoyo007008 I have the latest patch. And have done it with the latest version. My guess is this because I'm on windows 7 not vista, though I'm not sure what would be different in the graphics settings. Thanks for your help anyway :)

1:make sure your playing in compatibly mode

2: it sounds like a graphics card issue,Update your drivers and if you have a radeon graphics card,Sometimes AOM does not like radeon

Sure it works! But would you mind telling how does it work?

@sirleos Sure,There are three graphics setting(When you install the game it choses one of them,there is one that is not compatible with vista/7)So when you do this you trick it into thinking its using one when its using the ether.
