It's clear this is from 1999, Juvenile mentions Tha Block Is Hot coming out and Puffy says Forever is in stores. Both those albums came out in 1999. Since Birdman was born in 1969, Juvenile 1975, and Wayne 1982, Birdman is 29-30, Juvenile 23-24, and Wayne 16-17. If Birdman was really 24 that would make this 1993, in '93 Cash Money was still a very underground label not known outside of New Orleans (and Juvenile wasn't even on the label yet)....there's no way they would have been with Puffy.
