The greatness of the Buddha is that through his compassion and wish to help others find the same truth, he created a meditation technique called Vipassana, which has helped enlighten many people! In my Intensives I not only teach self-awareness through breath awareness, but also use the ingenious Active Meditation techniques created for our contemporary lifestyle by our modern day Buddha - Osho! You might like to listen to his videos...
Thanks for your comment. It is impossible to be free of the mind as we all need it in order to operate in the world. What is needed is an education system that can help us to see that it can create as well as destroy and disidentify from it. This is the only way to remain in consciousness and use the mind properly instead of being used by it!
Hi Mada,I don't agree with you,the technique you are teaching breath awareness was introduced to the world by Buddha to get out of the mind, to become mindless,to go beyond the walls of the mind in order to attain high spiritual powers and to get out of the wheel of sansara if anybody here wants to learn more on breath awareness i recommend listening to Ajahn Brahm's videos
Through breath you go inside yourself and see who you truly are - the emptiness that exists within you and the entire universe. This emptiness is the same source out of which you, me Gautama the Buddha and everyone else arises and exists in. The truth does not belong to any single individual. Truth is universal. Not only the Great Buddha, but also many others before him have stumbled upon the same truth through breath-awareness!
I beleive we are all responsible equally for ervythignt hat is going on in the world because we are one and equal and until everyone is free from the mind and the soul then we will repeat everything over and over. I'd love to hear ur views, thanks u for the beautiful video. :)
I feel the world needs more of this! When it comes to asking the question -"Who Am I?", I've done a lot of self growth workshops but this one is a cut above the rest and takes the prize!
Yes! I did my first 3 week intensive back in 2001 and I have not missed one since 2004 although now they come in 3 week, 2 week and 1 week versions. I prefere the 21 day versions the best!
thanks for the info....a (possibly stupid) question....if youve done the intensive and presumably has some sort of enlightenment breakthrough why woud you go back again ie my understanding is ' once youre there youre there ' would you explain ? many thanks
These intensives provide consciousness breakthroughs. Spiritual work is like peeling an onion one layer at a time; also akin to an iceberg. One tenth is visible while the other nine tenths remains submerged. When you have exposed all ten parts you have enlightenment! In the mean time, one has to be satisfied with the journey being the goal.
So- What can I say? I love peeling my onion! And, as a naturally skeptical guy, I really trust and love this woman's work.

Very cool! It seems like no one is listening because here we are over two thousand years later and nothing has changed.
As Mada once said in one of her intensives --"Conscious people don't create wars!"

I agree entirely with Mada, but what's two thousand years? In creating consciousness terms, it's but a moment.
