seriously? you put these phones through the paces of surfing, streaming video, and gps then tell us at the end of the review, "oh by the way, I cut the left nut off the rezound in this video as there was no LTE present for the tests". sorry dude but this is seriously unprofessional even doing those tests! under LTE the rezound is the fastest LTE device around!

Video quality of the s2 doesnt compare with rezound. Download a vid on s2 then download the same vid in 720p on rezound and compare, you'll CLEARLY see the rezound is superior. People are mislead into thinking s2's display is better because when a standard quality vid is played on an HD display like the rezound's the higher res reveals the imperfections in the video source.

This is how the phone business capitalizes. All of these comparisons where one phone is ONE SECOND faster than another and you feel like you just HAVE to upgrade...... but the funny thing is you won't thinking about how the other phone would've been 1 second faster or how your home boy's phone is 1 second faster than yours as far as comparing two phones as similar to each other as THESE. lol You just get what you like the most and be happy with it, but that's like blasphemy these days.

HTC is awesome in design and the build quality and also the interface.. personally I hate SG2 Touchwiz its boring... but performance wise SG2 is the winner, most of the sensations have death grip issues, but not in the rezound... Love beats audio... with 720*1280 pixels it is a great display even against the beauty in SG2... too bad this is only US version.. :( If its available worldwide I'd surely go for it... So far Im hoping to go for SG2

@brenlwood well the resound was like a heavier more entertainment oriented for Verizon while Sensation xe is for tmobile with more of a buisness related phone so it just comes down to provider I personally didn't like tmobile but the htc sensation is great

The design and build quality are better on the Rezound, but the GS2 is far superior in every other way. Even with the HD resolution, the colors look washed out on the Rezound. On the other hand, the GS2 has a lower resolution, but a GORGEOUS S-AMOLED+ display that just blows the Rezound out of the water. I was actually thinking about getting the Rezound, but the GS2 is too damn impressive. Even though the GS2 came out MONTHS before the Rezound, it's still better.

@DeathClockish not really when both are ticked at highest brightness they are pretty much the same and vids are sharper on the rezound, and actually the rezound is much faster than gs2, the reason it scored lower is because benchmark tools testes the performance per pixel and rezounds pixel density is much higher than gs2,,

@AbirZenith Benchmarks are crap and SGS2 is only made for benchmarks. Sensation has MSM 8x60 its neither 1.2gjz nor 1.5ghz it can independently switch values and has much better core management than Sgs2. Sensation does benchmarks with one cpu core effortlessly and sgs2 runs both cores always. Sensation does that when it needed more CPU grunt. Sensation and Evo 3D are best and sgs2 has nothing to do with it.
